First of all, I rarely (if ever) write bad reviews for places, but I think that people need an honest review of this hotel.

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. I cannot remember the room number, but I did stay on the ground floor for two nights (the room adjacent to the entry foyer) which faces the road, not the sea side. This room was comfortable and enjoyable. I also stayed in a room on the second floor, also facing the road - this was a little more quieter, but generally just as good.
The staff members are all extremely friendly and were very helpful - if you ask for a room on one of the higher floors, I would think they would try to be accommodating.
Hope that helps!
