This is an update of my experience with Sargon Hotel. We stayed there one night (review written earlier). Around a month ago we recieved a false charge of 3 nights on our credit card for stay in August!! We have put in a dispute form but have yet to listen from the bank. My sincere advice to all of you...

Beware - they have made false charges of $400+ to my credit card TWICE. I booked a hotel room here and later had to cancel, more than a month in advance. I called the hotel and after making about 10 phone calls was told it was not a problem and that the reservation was canceled. When I went to check...

We had made a booking through expedia and after receiving confirmation directly from the hotel had booked a transfer the week before our arrival. We arrived only to be told that we had apparently cancelled our booking, even though they had managed to receive our transfer request. It would seem strange that we would want a transfer to a hotel...

My wife and I travelled to Istanbul with a car. First we arrived to a another hotel in which we reserved a double room, and they gave us a chicken shack. We didn't want to stay there so we called to Sargon and made an immediate reservation mostly because it was written on booking.com that Sargon hotel has a "private...

Good spot location-wise. Breakfast was taken on the roof top terrace, but the view is not that as shown on the hotel website. We were allowed to check in early on arrival which was lovely (I think we probably could have taken breakfast that day if we wanted, but didn't like to take advantage). Our room was small, but the...

We booked Sargon hotel Ayasofya from booking.com and the address given was of Sargon hotel Sultanahmet. We reached the wrong hotel and the guy came out of hotel and told us a vague direction to walk to and ask someone else there!!!!! In middle of night around 11 pm, we dragged our belongings and could not find the hotel. Then...

A friend and I booked this hotel earlier this year via Expedia. One week before our arrival we contacted the hotel and requested a transfer from the airport via email. We received a courteous email back saying someone would meet us at the airport. We were met at the airport but upon arrival to the hotel we were told that...
