It's a small hotel and good for 1or 2days staying. So close to nişantaşi district and about 1-2minutes to osmanbey metro station. Breakfast is poor. But friendly stuff. Merve is great girl in reception. Very lovely and friendly. I prefer to stay again in this hotel for 1-2 days for business trips. So close to famous restaurants in Istanbul in...

I booked 2 separate nights (Friday night & Sunday night) to stay in this hotel on my way to Cappadocia. I booked this hotel through booking.com, and have paid for both nights when I booked it. When I checked in on Friday night, I arrived at Istanbul at almost midnight, so I got to the hotel quite late. Check in...

We were there for a conference and stayed four nights. It was very close to our conference venue and walking distance from convenient public transport systems. The rooms were comfortable and cosy. No noise pollution. Rooms were clean and staff was prompt and helpful. They could not speak English very well but we could manage to communicate and had no...

The hotel has a fair price. The man at reception was very kind, they even give us a room way before check-in time. Our room was on the top floor where the elevator doesn't go up. We had three beds inside which made a bit more difficult to move. What we really dislike was the breakfast we couldn't really find...

We stayed 7 nights. The personnel is very kind and helpful but I've heared generally in Istanbul the hotel staff is like this. But I still want to underline their kindness. The hotel is situated at walking distance, about 3-4 min to Lutfi Kirdar Conference Centre, about 12-15 min to Taksim and Istiklal and , very important, about 10 minutes...

I stayed for 6 nights (left one night earlier) at La Piano Istanbul and cannot recommend it. It is well located, within walking distance to the ICC (Istanbul Convention Center) , Taksim Square and the nice Nisantasi neighborhood, but that's about it. The room I stayed in was awfully dark, I could not even read a book at night! The...

Staying in Sisli

Neighbourhood Profile
Sisli
For much of Istanbul’s history, Sisli and the area just north of Taksim Square were open countryside used mostly as hunting grounds. These days, Sisli and its chic streets are considered the very heart of contemporary Istanbuli life, where an epicenter of fashion and a thriving business district meet to create an expressly “downtown” feel. Though largely a residential neighborhood, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale shops abound with many of them situated inside or nearby Cevahir Istanbul, the biggest shopping mall in Europe and second biggest urban shopping mall in the world. Shopaholics and fashionistas travel from near and far to browse the area's mix of major global brand items and creations by popular Turkish designers.
