the room was quite small. the bathroom was awful and dirty!. the staffs were not friendly! but the breakfast room was very good (good view and foods). the location was very good. the lobby was big enough. the swimming pool was good
I been there just week ago and you can't image that , they had nothing as folliwing:
1- Reservation , can not talk english language.
2- Thier staffs, Have no prestige and attackt you if you asking the service.

This was my fourth stay in this hotel!
Excellent location. Few steps aways from Taksim Maydani, Istiklal Caddasi, metro and bus stations providing easy access to the city.
Helpful staff. Always responding to our requests.
