I have been there for 6 nights in October. It was convenient to Kobotash bus station, so can go landmarks easily. Although Taksim sq is close, but the way is so slope and breath taking if you do not have car. Breakfast was acceptable, but not so Various. Room was clean, although the bathroom sink hole had some kind of...

Great location at 15 min walking from Galata Tower, and not far a big bus/tram/boat station. Quiet hotel (unless when on Friday/saturday night the bar/restaurant offers dancing evenings...) on the top of a little hill. Kind staff but optional prestations (like sauna or massage) are too much expensive

Good quality, central hotel, with good rooftop restaurant and sea views of the nearby Bosphorus. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Taksim square and other transport hubs. Can also book day trips and help with excursions.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel in March. I had no problem finding it, receptionists were nice, helpful, room was small but very quiet, from the restaurant on the top floor you could see the city, the sea, it is beautiful. There is a spa but unfortunately I forgot my swimsuit at home, so couldn't try it. Breakfast not...

Unbeatable price quality ratio. Room is clean and all facilities worked well. There's safety box inside the room. Breakfast is generous with lots of beverages using machines (juice and coffee). Staffs are kind and very helpful. Also there's a restaurant on the top of the hotel with Bosphorus Sea view. Good location 7 minutes to Taksim Square and 5 minutes...

Arrived at Ataturk Airport, Stopover for 1 night since it's not very far from Taksim square, Havastas bus terminal, so I could take Havastas to SAW (Sabiha Gokcen Airport) the next morning for noon flight. Hotel on hill slope amidst the housing estate. A little hard to find, got to ask passers-by. Some shop keepers would know the location. Good...

Hotel room was ok but location was very odd. It looked all so dull in the evening. Breakfast was quite ok so overall not bad for budget option close to Istiklal street but lot better options available at same price and closer to market area. Not recommended for tourists / couples.

I live on the Asian side and stayed overnight for a social gathering and dinner at the hotel. I arrived just after noon so thought I would treat myself to a massage which I did. The spa wasn't very exciting but the lady who gave me the massage seemed to do a good job. My use of the word 'seemed...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
