Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not like on the pictures. Smelly, dirty, small, had to leave at 9 in the evening, because we couldn't take it anymore. It's not a problem, if the hotel is old, not at all. But if it's dirty and smelly, that IS a problem. On the room ceiling: stains, bathroom: old and small, we even found a durex wrap in the toilette (at least, the could have flushed down) and the story goes on and on and on. We travel a lot but this was a really bad experience. After complaint they couldn't offer us another room (we would agree with the room, shown on the photos), we just left. No refund. Arrogant and indifferent. Not to recommend AT ALL.

Avoid this hotel ! I don’t know how this hotel can get 4* !? Its not worth 2* ! We book with BOOKING.COM and they show totally nice and other rooms as it are in real . The rooms are very small , bad smell , not clean well and bathroom was full of urine odor 🥵 . We ask at front desk for new room - but they said that hotel was sold all room off ! We just changed hotel by our self , since my son got allergy attack - coz room was so dirty ! We complained - but they don’t want return money - even we moved out few hours after check in ! AVOID THIS PLACE ! I think recensions on booking.com and other portals are probably fake - or people who travel there really don’t care where they sleep .

I stayed in the hotel while i was in istanbul to take a exam, I liked the neighborhood it was lively, there was lots of stores and markets, I liked taking long walks around the neighborhood. The location is good and has access to the subway and bus station. The breakfast is okay, rooms are clean and the staff are polite and helping.
