I stayed at Hotel Niles for 3 nights in January/February 2021 while there were Covid precautions in Turkey. The staff were absolutely excellent and incredibly helpful. They ordered food for me, organised a PCR test for me and were available for anything else, they also speak extremely good English. The sanitary precautions within the hotel were also very good and it felt very safe. The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of attractions like Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque and is very clean with good facilities. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying in Hotel Niles in Istanbul for almost a week during the Covid pandemic. I felt really safe and appreciative of their precautions. The hotel staff were so gracious and helpful. They helped me order in food and were really considerate of what I needed during the lockdown weekend. They were great. The hotel is charming and the rooftop terrace was a slice of green heaven. I would absolutely go back again!

Happy that I chose this hotel. A real gem, be it service of the staff, breakfast, rooms and location. Will definitely stay here again. Close to all major tourist attractions. Since it was lockdown on weekends, we were able to walk to all major attractions with ease multiple times aday.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. One of our very favorites that we've ever been to. The upkeep is immaculate, the hand-painted decorations are lovely, the staff are enormously helpful and friendly. Others have talked about small rooms on here but ours was very spacious and wonderfully accommodated, and I know we didn't pay much at all. We found the neighborhood to be great as well. Not really touristy at all, quite close to all the sites, and a short walk from the Bosporus too. We enjoyed our first stay at Hotel Niles so much that we even rearranged the itinerary of our next Turkey trip so that we could stay there again. And, saving the best for last, the breakfast is absolutely amazing! With just gorgeous views from the rooftop dining area.
