I booked for 3 nights, I stayed for 5 hours. My room was wet and water leaking everywhere. My luggage got wet and had to purchase new clothes. The hotel has ignored my emails and requests for payments towards my clothes! I was lied too about the AC which was not working and I was told the entire hotel AC was not functioning, but was clearly working in all the rooms. I confronted the reception staff who cannot do anything, the management of the hotel is poor. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back from the hotel as a refund. They could not process a refund and I am emailing every week and I am getting back nonsense ! Do not stay here, if you want to ruin your trip!

Not impressed. I will never go again. Please AVIOD! You expect a good service and good quality for the price you are paying. We paid approximately £20 for Sheesha and food was approximately £20 per head. Food was very disappointing and the sheesha was terrible. Comparing that to other restaurant in Istanbul please avoid going here. I didn’t feel that the staff were helpful and the managers were rude. I see that the reviews of this place is poor, and I can see why. The only thing that is nice is restaurants decor.

Mediocre lounge, service is poor and there is a tendency to discriminate between guests, locals have priority over visitors. In addition to this, waited 40mins for a sheesha, only to be told it was ‘special’ rather than a apology for the delay. Also this lounge supposedly doesn’t allow under 18s, although it is evident there were many local underage teenagers allowed, when the staff were questioned regarding the discrepancy, they were unable to justify the reasoning. The lounge no doubt has great views, but that’s all it’s a shame they do not pay attention to their service.

This is one of the worst places to go to It is a total rip off .. they are thieves We ordered a normal classic shisha which is the cheapest on the menu( given the price is twice or triple normal places) They got a different one which is the most expensive , we told them this is not our order they said it is by mistake .. and they have no classic shsisha left . And that we should keep it instead of classic They charged us 50 lira more and refused to lower the price Very rude manager inattentive staff Make sure they dont rip you off when you are there

Although the location is perfect, the service is awful. As a tourist, you would feel neglected and you need to ask for your order several time. We went there, ordered shishas (nargileh), drinks and desserts. We got the desserts after requesting the bill (which means more than an hour waiting to get them). As for shishas, i would say its not the best you could have but instead somehow below average. I got the place recommended by a national but i wouldn’t recommend it other than for the view.

The food was great, amazing views, really enjoyed the set up and the roof that opens up to let the shisha smoke out. The actual shisha we ordered was pretty poor and we had some issues with it that could’ve been managed better by the manager but chose not too. Would visit again

room needed alot of maintenance , the toilet flush stopped working manytimes , ceiling of the bathroom was dropping and we stayed 24 hours without hot water to shower well. breakfast tasted good but needs more varities to meet all clients tastes but the staff at Lulu restaurant are very friendly and professionals. No wifi signal in the room 401, if you want to catch the internet you should stay in the toilet (i informed the reception staff but they don’t care as i see) Our stay was disappointing for us sadly. The LOCATION of the hotel is perfect as its close from taksim square , direct to all transportation facilities . & the view from rooms & restaurant is breathtaking. NOT RECOMMENDED
