This is a gem of a hotel conveniently located near two train stops (Sishane Metro, Karakoy Cable Car Station). It is within walking distance to Beyoglu District and, advancing further for just a few minutes, will be another happening place , Taksim Square. If the location alone is an inducement, the hotel`s clean interiors will earn additional plus points ....

I booked my stay because I planned to attend my friend's wedding in Malatya. Istanbul was going to be a detour. I booked via booking.com. The hotel credited the full amount very shortly after the booking was made. A representative named Kaya has delayed since the 19th of May 2016 to refund me my credit. I've made numerous calls back...

I rated it average because I could not rate it Good. The price is very budget friendly considering the cleanliness, the location and the comfort. the rooms are quite tiny, and the breakfast non-existent, but for the budget friendly traveler, the prices make up for all that. There are quite a lot of things that could be improved and I...

Good location between Galata Tower and Golden Horn Bridge. breakfast could be better but still good enough. Single room has the right dimensions, lobby is nice, but mostly everything is VERY CLEAN.. and the staff really struggle to help you with any issue. (Thank you guys!!) Only possible issue is , like almost everywhere in Istanbul, English language..

Staff was very unprofessional who kept talking to each other and laughing in front of me whenever I asked something. They speak very poor english and can barely communicate. The only nice person was the kitchen lady. Location is not the best if you want to visit mainly the historical areas. Breakfast was simple and the same all the 5...

It is 2 min walking to shishane metro station, and very near to galata tower.the staff are very friendly and helpful (especially the lady serving breakfast).the only bad thing is that there is no soundproofing so you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms.

Location: Super, close to the Galata tower and lots of really nice restaurants in walking distance (10-15min) as well as a metro station (5 min walk). Also within walking distance of the major sites (Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, 30 min walk/10min walk + 5min tram). Service: Great, nice people, but some of them speak only a bit of English. Room:...

Location is fairly good, close to Metro station and walkable to the shopping district of Istiklal street. Staff is polite and very helpful. Ayden the manager, was really very helpful and sweet. So were the other staff. However, on the downside, Rooms are small. Bedlinen was just made up but not changed. That was a put off. Breakfast was really...

It is an average hotel with small rooms, but in a good location. Our room was facing a wide street. They said that the breakfast is till 10.30. I came at 10.10 and it was already empty. Staff is nice and it is near metro stop.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
