Not good hotel for staying, it has very small room and very poor quality. It’s not 4 stars hotel and it seems 2 stars. I don’t recommend it and I will not book it. Of course the location is good and near the ground bazar.

The hotel has a perfect location in European side of Istanbul. It is near in old town where Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are located. It is very near in Aksaray tram station and walking distance to Vezneciler. There are grocery shops nearby, atm machines, exchange center, and restaurants. The hotel is serving a local dishes for breakfast so be ready for cold mezze.

Total disappointment! We were told the hotel is full and given the choice between the 2 last rooms. One was a tiny room that wouldn’t fit 2 people and the other one had a storage room view. Dirty floor, drainage smell, peeling wallpaper and hair on the bed. Breakfast was clearly not worth waking up for, boiled eggs and few days old bread. They even charge you for a bottle of water! A 4 stars hotel that does not deserve a single star. The only positive point is the location close to the metro.

Breakfast was included with the hotel price, however breakfast was the same everyday for the 7 days we were there. It was very bland, no omelette, no fried eggs, no croissants, no Turkish baklava or delights. french baguettes were cut into tiny pieces, not something expected for the price I paid for. Hotel toilet had mould, no ventilator in the toilets in any room, in which made the rooms smell of damp and drain. I had to leave the ac on all the time even though it was cold due to the smell. The staff English language were not great and could not answer our questions. I would not recommend here if you are going as a group and want to enjoy breakfast and hotel room. You had to pay additional $40 for the swimming, sauna and spa, in which it stunk of cigarettes and half naked men.…

This so called self categorized 4-star hotel. Actually 2-Star hotel. Lift area 1-square yard maximum.No Parking at all. Breakfast substandard. Orange Juice is just colored water. one cannot sit on toilet seat, so close to wash basin. rates are very very high. Rooms are small. Toilet/bathrooms are very very congested.

Poor service, rooms are not cleaned properly, bedding is not clean, bathrooms have mold and are not serviced daily, staff are unfriendly, the restaurants food is expensive and not tasty, rooms need a serious upgrade, there is only one elevator which is slow, breakfast is a disaster, juices are not refilled and staff refuse to assist you, they start packing everything away before breakfast closes. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is dirty and full od dust. BATHROM is broken and most dirty of all Istanbul. Breakfast is poor and i will gona rate from 1 to 10, 2. But hotel is near of evrything, kapali carsi, metro, tramvaj, shopong mall, blue mosque and evrything.
