I strayed two days and loved the hotel so much. The location is very good close to grand bazaar and train station. By the way turkish breakfast is amazing....the hayel staff is professional. I plan to stay longer for my next trip to istanbul...

Great friendly staff, rich breakfast services and clean rooms, they speak very good English Arabisch. We arrived super early in the morning but they still allowed us to check in. We reached the hotel by taking the metro from the airport. The hotel was only 5 mins away from the metro station. The Blue Mosque and Ayasofya were a few...

We were sent to stay here because our hotel had remedial issues with the room we had booked, we stayed for one night thankfully! The staff on the front desk were really nice and the bedroom and bathroom were really clean. I was dismayed when I saw the size of the room, my partner is only 5ft 3 and could...

The Newport Hotel is the worst place I've stayed at. For the price you can stay much closer to the sights and in better places. While the rooms aren't bad, it's the management that needs to change. I left a package with the front desk telling them it was very fragile and to please find a safe place for it....

I stayed here as part of a group tour, otherwise I wouldn't have spent the night. The good points include a robust wifi connection, clean/crisp sheets, and close proximity to the Grand Bazaar and tram station. However, the rooms were dingy (moldy shower and ceiling, water stains on bedroom walls, sticky carpet, dirty decorative pillows), noisy, and very stuffy (the...

We stayed here twice as it was the start and end-point for a G-Adventure trip. The hotel has an excellent location (walking distance to most sights in Istanbul) and is easily reachable by public transport (just a short walk from the main Tram line). The first room (single night) on the first floor was decent. Had a build-in locker which...
