Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We spent the last days of the Sukkot holidays here and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Unfortunately our last day was exactly when war broke out but the hotel responded professionally and the General Manager, David Tucker, hurried to the hotel and spoke with all the guests, although it was his day off. The room (executive) was comfortable and had plenty of electric outlets. The bed and pillows were surprisingly good.

Dear Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to share this review (and on another forum) - we appreciate it. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, especially your room (finding it comfortable, enjoying the electric outlet dispersal, and the beds), and that you appreciated the personal attention received from the General Manager during the national security situation - I have passed on your remarks, with thanks. We look forward to hosting you again, soon - and maybe even receive a 5-star rating :) Keep safe. Best, Juliet

I thought this hotel was great! Super accommodating and respectful staff. The breakfast area was amazing with so many options and lots of seats! Jason Gordon was so helpful and really helped make our experience the best ever ! Only request is to refill soap in bathrooms, and to keep watch of small children on their own in the pool. Overall we loved our experience and definitely will be coming back!!

This was without doubt the worst stay I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have travelled across the world. The room was in a poor state of repair, stained carpet, broken bathroom door, splintered and stained veneer. The lift was filthy with debris on the floor and smeared marks all over the interior. We were treated like outcasts from the moment we arrived. My daughter and I were not part of a group which was part of the problem. The food was terrible and the offering on Fri/Sat night inedible- slimy heart in gravy or dry, cremated chicken. We were expected to eat dinner in an near empty function room. The manager of the coffee shop was abysmally rude when we were misdirected there and the last an final straw was on departure day when my daughter and I were told I. No uncertain terms to leave the coffee area whilst waiting for our driver. To add insult to injury, I had spent a large sum of money there over the past 4 days of our stay. Absolutely unacceptable on every level. We were unable to access the lift due to the volume of exuberant teenagers rampaging around the reception area and were forced to use a service lift to get back to our room. It was an upsetting and horrible experience, never to be repeated.

I'm amazed at how well coordinated this very busy hotel was, and yet without ignoring the personal touches. Hattim (sp?), the dining room manager was exceptionally patient, amenable and talented. I watched him coordinate several ongoing events and yet take time to care for individual needs. Thank you!
