We came here for pesach and had a blast, we didn't exhaust the hotels recourses so much but we did eat from the delicious buffet style meals and enjoyed the clean rooms. The staff also was pretty nice and easy to deal with.

Our numerous stays in the Ramada over the course of the last 20 years have never disappointed. Our finest experience so far occurred last month when our 20+ family spent a weekend in celebration of a birthday. Literally everything was superb - accommodations, food, ambiance and most impressively the service. Our contact with each member of the staff was nothing...

We recently stayed at the Ramada Jerusalem during our trip to Israel and we were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel completely renovated since last year. The lobby and restaurant area were beautifully decorated and our room had been redone. The presentation of the food at meals was appealing to the eye and the palate. Everything looked great and was...

We stayed in Haifa, Tel Aviv, Nazareth and finally Jerusalem. We pulled up at 7 p.m. and one of the managers greeted us with a glass of juice and/or water and welcomed us to Jerusalem and to Israel. The room (907) was ample, clean, had a small balcony overlooking the city (gorgeous) and quiet. The breakfast buffet was large and...

It's ok for the price. Their breakfast and dinner buffet is very good, they have a full range of options. What I liked the most were macaroons. Comparing to other hotels in the area I would say it's the best option

Before I start my rant, please understand that if you are going to stay here from Friday night sundown to Saturday night sundown, all rules change due to Shabbat. Even if they screw up, you are out of luck and their God, religion and beliefs are forced on you. Please know this before making your reservations. I understand and respect...

Do it seems like a classy hotel, it is very little classy. It is centrally located and the rooms are spatious, but not very clean. The cleaning service is not very eager to change towels, bathroom amenities and make the bed. The service is mainly unpolite /especially on the bar/ and not very friendly. The food is ok. This hotel would...

Stayed overnight here on the last day of a bike ride. The hotel is huge and the rooms need some work as are dated but clean. Had a farcical check in where the receptionist would not accept that the key cards to the room would not work. Only after 12 cards had been tried and persistence on my part was...

We spent a week here on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, albeit lacking in character. Good sound insulation from the double glazing (very necessary) and effective A/C. Typical Israeli buffet breakfast with splendidly wide range on offer gave a good start to the day. Pity about the lukewarm coffee distributed by aimless...
