Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This centrally located hotel near shopping and fine dining was clean, upscale, and the breakfasts were plentiful and very good. Our veteran group stayed here for 10 nights and was our HQ for visits throughout Israel. Room service was great and the hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. The beds and the rooms were comfortable which contributed to a good trip. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

Clean room and nice amenities. Great location in city center. What stood out most is the man at the front named Shalom. He was extremely warm and kind and helped me out a lot during my stay. He gave with no expectation of anything in return. It’s worth staying here for him alone.

The location of the hotel is convenient and allows walking to the old city. The hotel is pleasant, clean, the room was very comfortable. A . .very rich and varied breakfast. A small parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, and it is advisable to reserve a place in advance. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic custom service and clean hotel in the heart of Jerusalem Very funky hotel with really cool vibes and a fancy rooftop 30 minute walk from the western wall Right on transit, great food and affordable pricing. I recommend this Hotel because the management really goes out of their way to make you happy including front desk. Shireen and Aladine a r the front desk made my check in easy and effortless Great windows for fresh air in the room and safe fridge and tv I would definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who wants a nice affordable hotel in Jerusalem. Also the morning Buffet is amazing as well as snacks throughout the day.

I had picked the hotel for the location since we are here to spend time with family and it was close to their hotel, but I really enjoyed how walkable the surrounding area was to the market + to experience Old Jerusalem. The room was lovely but it was honestly a little smaller than I expected because of the wide-angle lens in the photos and I wish there were more storage or shelving overall, but the black-out curtains were definitely really appreciated and it helped us so much with our jetlag! No light peaked through - we were able to rest well and it helped so much for our jetlag. The staff were very friendly & attentive and helped us make any taxi and airport transport needs. The highlight though, was the most delicious breakfast spread that I added to my room package - and I'm glad I did! Basically, we had a big breakfast, and lunch, and went to sleep after our tours, and so it was really perfect and I highly recommend it. The rooftop views were very nice, but there are no staff around. Maybe a good place to have long conversations with friends. There was no one else at the rooftop when we went to check it out. They have a 24-hour coffee machine with water and juices / teas, sometimes snacks. I definitely took advantage as we had to leave for the airport at 1:30am! This beautiful boutique hotel had all the things we needed to have a great stay in Jerusalem, at a very reasonable price point. I've had to stay in many hotels for work travel, both chain ones and boutique, and a similar-priced facility in California would have only processed and packaged foods for breakfast, so the breakfast served here felt very luxurious to me! I am still thinking about all the different delicious pickles, vegetables, fruits and quiches! Ultimately it was what we had hoped for or expected when booking, and so I highly recommend!
