The Hotel restaurant is located at the top floor where the view to the old city is magnificent! BUT, our room was at the first floor still we got half view to the old city which t wasn't bad, but I could not see the Rock of the Dome as there is a huge road sign who's cover it unfortunately....

I went back to Jerusalem Panorama hotel this past June 2015 with my cousin and a couple of friends. From the owners to the staff and family members, they all recognized me and welcomed me like one of their own. Once again, for our 6am excursion to Nazareth, our breakfast was prepared and delivered in a bag. The staff would...

We stayed in this hotel for three days in May 2014. The hotel is nothing special, but the view from it is spectacular! Especially from the last floor where the restaurant is positioned. We have found memories. It is quite close to the city and you can walk there in about 10 minutes. The Garden of Olives is just around...

Location , location , location. Overlooking the Old City and within walking distance of Gethsemane, and the Church of All Nations, the Lions Gate. 20 Shekels for a taxi ride to the lions gate as of April 2015. My room came with comfortable bed, a small television, fast Wifi (during the Easter Week). The breakfast is sparse but it is...

Stayed in January 2015 and found staff friendly and helpful. Room was OK but view from room of old city was a great bonus. Breakfast was provided but despite being told restaurant was open on the first night the chef didn't turn up and their are no close restaurants for a meal.Ended up buying some snack type foods at the...

For the price, this hotel really was terrific, with 24 hour reception meaning our arrival at 2 in the morning just wasn't a problem. It also really does have the best view in Jerusalem, and, set just outside the walled city, is close to many other important attractions: the mount of the olives, the Russian orthodox church of Mary Magdelene,...

Easiest to list good and bad. The good was the spectacular view from the room window over the city. Day and night the view was incredible. The bad was everything else. It was a long hot slog to the city down into the valley and back up, then through the city gate to try to find somewhere to eat. The...

You will feel like you are going back in time, but the price is also right for the old ol days! not fancy but clean, nice location but old design. overall, i would go if you know what you are going into, it is not luxury by any means.

I was a solo female traveler during passover and i was extremely lucky to find one open room in this hotel. The room itself was dated but cozy and clean. I had a wonderful view of the Dome of the Rock and part of the Old City. What made this hotel great was the helpful and accommodating staff. They gave...

Arrived at the end of June and stayed at Panorama for three nights. I imagine this hotel would have been dare I say it, luxurious, once upon a time. Maybe sometime in the 1990's perhaps. And looking at the decor it is easy to conclude that the hotel is still very much living in a bygone era. The hotel itself,...
