A house, which is also a pampering hotel with a historical story, in the heart of Jerusalem with beutiful hotel rooms, big and comfortable. The best location of the city. We were in Israel to volunteer and nurture Israelis. We never expected to be so taken care of by Mimi and her whole staff! This hotel and its legacy are a gem. I can't ever see myself back in Jerusalem staying anywhere but at the Biazi.
All our needs were met from breakfast to hot soup, to tea or coffee anytime. Beautifully appointed rooms and a rooftop deck perfect for Shabbos lunch.

I can’t recommend the Biazi hotel enough. Between its location in charming Nachlaot, spacious beautiful rooms and incredible family history, the Biazi is a gem of a place. Staying here and getting to meet Mimi and Yoel, third generation owners of this little “makolet” turned hotel, enriched our visit to Jerusalem. We loved being in such an “authentic” part of town to experience the vibrant vibe of the city and also enjoyed being able to easily walk most anywhere, including the shuk, Gan Saccer, Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall , not to mention some of the best restaurants. My sister and I came here to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday and I’m already planning to my next visit with my husband and daughter. If you’re looking to experience Jerusalem to the fullest, Biazi is your best option.

My husband and I stayed at the Biazi for 2 nights in November. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked another 2 rooms for 3 nights in May. Our room was immaculately clean, very spacious (family room with balcony), and very comfortable. The owners were warm and welcoming. We were offered delicious cookies upon our arrival. I lived in Jerusalem many years ago and this neighborhood (nachlaot) is one of my favorites. Easy walk to the market and about a 15-20 minute walk to city center. No meals served but lots of places within walking distance. I was happy to have a nespresso machine in the room along with a small refrigerator. Breakfast at Cafe Lyon was great. This is my new place to stay in Jerusalem!

A small charming hotel in Nachlaot neighborhood. Excellent location, a walking distance to the train station and to the city center. Our room was sparkling clean and had a great view to Sacker Garden. Highly recommended

We did appreciate the easy check in process despite our arrival during the night. The couple who manages the hotel is nice, and willing to improve their hotel standards.

+ Large room, divided in 2 parts, with 2 TV sets. Very convenient for family.
+ Good location, close to cafés, restaurants, bus stops. Quiet surroundings, mostly houses and small traditional buildings.
+ Easy access to old city of Jerusalem (walk + tram) or bus : few stations only.
+ Family atmosphere feeling : large reception area like a living/dining room
+ Small hotel (only 6 rooms if I understood properly), discreet service.
+ Complimentary home made cakes and pastries provided to our rooms or directly to us, by the managers.
+ No staff on duty in the evening, but the manager went back in the evening to make sure our issues with the hair dryer and TV set were solved. We did appreciate it.
+ Fully equipped dining area : mini-fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, 2 types of tea. 2 chairs and a table convenient for breakfast and simple meal.
+ Complimentary fresh coffee 24/7 at the reception.

- Lack of information about hotel situation, prior to arrival. A Simple map should have been sent via email, as the hotel is located in residential area not easy to access by car / taxi. We got lucky our taxi driver helped us to find the hotel.
- Limited information about the hotel (no "room directory" or even basic information about hotel facilities), we learned, after we left Jerusalem that there was a free access terrace / rooftop.
- At the reception, fresh milk often runs out of stock in the morning.
- Bathroom size (only one sink, only 1 small shelf)
- Cleaning to be improved, especially in bathroom (toilets)
- Coffee pods in the bedroom not refilled daily

= City and Inter-city Public transportation detailed information in English are needed to non-Israeli guests.

We spent one night here - and it far exceeded our expectations!!! Very spacious and comfortable with separate sitting room with table and 4 chairs for eating. All dishes, place mats, flatware, cups, glasses, & wine glasses. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, & Nespresso- type coffee machine. Conveniently they provide a small carton of milk in fridge for your morning coffee. A small market is 1.5 blocks away. We ate a delicious dinner at Foccacia Bar just a 15 minute walk away. We used our Uber app to call a taxi to get home after dark. Located In a safe area and a Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again

Yoel and Mimi the owners are so welcoming and make you feel more at home than in a hotel.

The rooms are spacious and provide with good light and basic kitchen facilities. There is good free WiFi. You can go up to the roof and enjoy a nice breakfast or an evening drink to watch the sunset.

The hotel is well located near the Ben Yehuda market. Very good to be near bars/restaurants and also the light rail to get you into the old city, although we walked which is an easy 20 minute interesting stroll through the city.

Everything is new and well decorated with a nice view of the adjacent park and parliament in the distance.

Mimi gave us some amazing apple cake, fruit and baclava as a surprise when we came back from a long day of sight seeing. They were also very accommodating as we left our bags there free of charge while we went on a 3 day tour to Jordan.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time and can’t recommend highly enough.

Lovely small hotel in a very peaceful old neighbourhood which is thankfully holding back the developers. Very warm welcome from the owners - interesting history of the family and the building. I wanted somewhere quiet but walkable (station and old city) and 100% made a good choice. From the train station I would recommend getting the light rail to Mahane Yehuda and walk down through the market, as there is a huge amount of construction around the station (no noise at the hotel though).

Obviously for it's size, reception isn't 24/7, so it was a little more effort to arrange check-in/out times (compared with a chain hotel), but no real inconvenience.

Room was excellent - modern / clean and spacious (separate room for my son).

Touring tips:
(1) do Yad Vashem - easy journey by light rail
(2) for a great rooftop view in the old city, look for the Austrian Hospice (towards Damascus Gate) - 5 shekels well spent.
(3) do Bethlehem (take some decent maps) - get the 231 bus over the road from Damascus Gate.
(4) for an easier/quicker route to the Western Wall / Temple Mount, turn right immediately after going through the Jaffa Gate. At 8am I saw less than 10 people on my way across...

From the moment I entered this lovely hotel, I felt that I was in my 'home away from home'.
The innkeepers, Mimi and Yoel, were like friends who were anxious to share their hospitality with us.
The lobby was full of objects and precious items from Mimi's family, especially her beloved father.
His bakery was lovingly transformed into this beautiful and warm Boutique Hotel.
The rooms are all named after cakes created by Mimi's father.
Everything about the Biazi, from the owners to the the linens and everything in between was simply marvelous.
I will not stay anywhere else when I return to Israel.
I already miss my new friends.

The owners have done a wonderful job creating a gem of a hotel. It is conveniently located with the only challenge being parking. The rooms are lovely, tasteful and spacious. The view from the roof is spectacular. It's bare bones from a services perspective so it wouldn't be for everyone but with abundant restaurants and cafes a short walk away it wasn't an issue for us. Besides the owner knowing when we were arriving, blocked a parking spot, met us and helped with our bags. You can't do better than that.
