We were traveling in Jerusalem for weekend and stayed at mount Zion hotel. It was a magnificent experience: Clean and beautifully decorated rooms, warm and welcommen service( especially by the manager Ms.Irit Gazit) and the most amazing is the warm Turkish bath in a winter day. We were very satisfied and plan to comeback. Very recommended!

We weren't so impressed with this hotel. Especially given the price and the name tag "boutique" we were expecting a modern standard, not old, slightly run-down rooms. What really made it a terrible experience, though, is that we decided to stay one night instead of the originally booked three nights. On the evening of the first night we announced this...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We can understand the disappointment if indeed you were expecting a modern standard hotel and regret that you did not appreciate the style and charm of this 19th century building which many say is part of their Jerusalem experience. We were very sorry to read of the aggravation you were...

My family of ten just spent 3 days at the hotel and we also hosted a private party for 20 people in the king David room .it was all perfect . Our room was the citadel suite - it's spectacular .i don't think there is a nicer room with a better view in Jerusalem . Spotlessly clean Food and service...

Other travellers have commented that they will only stay at this hotel in Jerusalem. I can see the appeal - it has character, style and excellent staff. I think it is probably average value for money on balance, but make sure you get the breakfast if you can also stomach the $28 USD (£17) price tag. It is an unbelievable...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review which we found both warm and fair. Although we appreciate your British humour we cannot take lightly the fact that there were insects in both rooms and we apologise most sincerely. Please be assured that it is not the norm. Further, we wish to remind you that, although most unpleasant,...

Mount Zion is the best place to stay in Jerusalem. The location is amazing and you can see the old City from the panoramic lobby and from all the rooms. The old City (Jaffa Gate) is just 10 minutes walking from here. The service was very good and the receptionists very helpful. The rooms are elegant and in perfect arabian...

People are friendly. Location is central, nice because not in the main hotel street, so a little secluded, which is nice. A diverse clientele, pilgrims and business people and tourists. It far particularly magnificent views. Breakfasts are one of the best in hotels in Israel.meat outside! This is a gem of a hotel. Thus is a fund

Our experience in Jeruzalem was unforgetable and magic for many and different things. One of them was the professional and kindless atenttion in the Mount Zion, with the perfect location and view the Old City. Thank you very much.

My favorite hotel in Jerusalem and I go frequently! I love the authentic feel, the beautiful antiques, fascinating corners, exceptional view, and great food. It is not like all the other cookie cutter hotels which could be anywhere. there is also a wonderful museum right in the hotel. It is an undiscovered secret bonus! The spa/hamam is also great fun...

From the street this unassuming one story stone building would be easy to overlook. Inside is a very comfortable hotel with a great view of Old Jerusalem. The hotel is built into the hillside with the lobby on the top floor and several floors of rooms below. The courtyard and gardens behind the hotel are lovely. Start your day with...
