Old house where hotel is allows to feel and enjoy history. Very friendly and helpful staff and perfect location. You are practically in the Old City and at the same time you are 3-5 minutes walk from pedestrian area of Jaffo Street (New Jerusalem). So I am very happy that I chose this hotel. Thank you very much for your...

Easy to find right at the Jaffe Gate, no wandering down alleys at night to find your hotel. You are staying in the Old Town in an historic hotel, so you'll have interesting pictures for sure. Our bathroom recently remodeled and clean. We had plenty of air conditioning in our room whenever we were there during our stay in July....

Old world charm. Takes you back in history. Super friendly/helpful/charming owner. Unbeatable location: Jaffa Gate, East Jerusalem, Old City. Perfect marriage of old and new. Easy access both from East (on foot) and West Jerusalem (by taxi).

Mr Dajani is the nicest hotel owner I have ever met! I have a heavy lugguage and it's difficult for me to climb up all stairs. Without any request, Mr Dajani simply looked at me then he understood my problem. He took my lugguage immediately! I was very very touched! During my stay, he gave me lots of suggestions in...

This is a charming hotel. Built in the 1884, it has an old world appeal, but is perfectly updated. Mr. Dajani, his family and staff made us feel like family -- warm and attentive people. The breakfast buffet can't be beat, a huge number of great choices, and was the best in our Israel experience. The location is perfect if...

The New Imperial is ideally located inside the Jaffa Gate in the the Old City of Jerusalem. Mr. Dajani, the owner, and his family and excellent staff, will make you feel at home from the time you check in. The free breakfast spread is remarkable, and we actually took a video of it (it is too big to take in...

Right at Jaffa gate. What better way to explore the Old City. Having a room right here made it to much more enjoyable because taking a rest at base is always available for any member of your party. I loved that. Each one of us could do what we want and not inconvenience any other. Walid was charming, always filled...

I really disliked the owner, Walid, and I will never stay in this hotel again. I was coming by car and sent an email to the owner asking for some directions on how to find parking. I didn't get any reply. One of my friends kindly offered to show me places in Jerusalem, but he couldn't stay for the night;...
