From the moment we arrived at The Inbal - everything was wonderful. Ariel Jerozolimski (Chief Concierge) was a very warm host - not only for the hotel but for the Jerusalem and Israel. Always concerned with our happiness and always suggesting ways to help make things even

I stayed there for a conference. The hotel is close (walking distance) to the old city. It offers en-joyful stay, rooms are large with excellent cleaning. The breakfast is excellent, but be prepared that some ingredient like pork are totally missing. In any case there are so

Dear Dimitris71, Thank you for writing this great review of the hotel! I'm happy you like the room and its size as well as the location, the conference coffee breaks and more. I'm sorry if you found the lack of meat (specifically pork) an inconvenience. The hotel, as well and almost every hotel in Israel follows the Kashrut laws. Therefore serving meat and dairy together is not allowed and pork is prohibited altogether. Looking forward to hosting you again soon, Best regards, Yael Zins Revah Guest Relations Manager

The Inbal Hotel is a fantastic hotel in a central location in Jerusalem. The food is spectacular both breakfast and at the O2 restaurant. The staff is extremely attentive. I ran the Jerusalem Full marathon and had no idea the marathon route passes the hotel twice. First

Will the outdoor pool be open in mid March? Are there hot tubs outside if closed?
Dear Kelly M. Thank you for inquiring about the swimming pool. The pool will be open in mid March and will still be covered with the winter cover. The pool will be closed between March 31st and April 8th for the removal of the winter cover and reopen on April 9th. I hope my answer helps. Best regards, Yael Zins Revah Guest Relations Manager

Mid-March is still pretty cold in Jerusalem and the pool will likely be covered. It doesn't have any hot tubs.

I am wondering what the breakfast menu is in the Executive lounge? Thx
Dear DBF23, The menu in the lounge changes daily, and usually contains salads or vegetables, a hot dish, bread, cheeses, fruit and sweets. I hope my answer is useful. Best regards, Yael Zins Revah Guest Relations Manager

Go to the bottom of the webpage and click under Terms and Conditions. It is there. Otherwise, it might be best to just call. I found the website not very user-friendly, but the hotel people were great.

ShabbatDinner and lunch are buffet > Price depends on whether both meals booked (reduction for package) and whether outside guest or not. If you Email hotel your questions will be answered. By the way Ariel is very helpful
