The food here is unbelievably excellent. The are great choices of salads and the desserts are the most delectable. The front office service, and housekeeping is excellent. Rooms are exceptionally beautiful and good.

We spent 6 nights at the Olive Tree. Rooms were good and well maintained. Buffet meals were very good and wait staff were attentive and helpful. Location of the hotel was good and it was an easy walk into the old city via the Damascus Gate. The area around the hotel felt safe and we walked the area quite a...

This is a very fine hotel, but we did have issues. The wifi is a massive irritant. It was slow, dodgy and the time is past that it should cost a bloody fortune. This rankled greatly. The performance was sadly, way sub par too. Our room, upgraded for a price, was fine, but no view of anything except the better rooms' balconies. The food was good,but...

My partner and I were on a 7 day cruise that included a 2 night overnight stay in Israel. Our arrival port was Ashdod, however, we took and paid for the 2 day excursion in Israel with an overnight stay at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem. On arrival, our first impressions were good, friendly, helpful, a very pleasant hotel...

On a recent pilgrimage to the Holy Land, we stayed at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem. The rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. The meals served at the hotel were delicious! We were travelling with a group of 24 from our church, but were a part of the larger EO Tours. The buffet offered for breakfasts and dinners was...

This is an ordinary 3 or 4 star tourist hotel in a complex of three hotels not far from the Damascus Gate. We stayed 4 nights. The restaurant staff seem preoccupied all the time with too many hand waving chiefs but sufficient staff. The food is varied and good. The front desk staff are not a barrel of laughs but...

We stayed one night as part of a cruise comfortable rooms. Buffet good selection of local foods. The bar was an experience. Poor waitress overwhelmed when we returned as a group from seeing sights wanting drinks. Good measures of spirits given. An enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. It is only 15 minutes from the old city by foot and 30 minutes from the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The dining room and meals are ok. The staff at the front desk and at the bar were help full. The only weak spot Wi-Fi...

Super location. Within walking distance of the Old City. Bus tours appear to be a staple of the hotel's business making it very busy and crowded at certain times. Not a problem for me. Coming from a climate of minus 10 F, we needed a cooler room. Apparently the hotel's air conditioning unit doesn't get turned on until April. The...
