I stayed here with my family and friends over the weekend so we had a chance to see different rooms. The location is excellent, being a few steps from Yafo St. and very close to the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall and not too far from Mahne Yehuda. There is no elevator here so be prepared to climb several stairs. There...

This hotel is conveniently located in West Jerusalem, within walking distance from Old City and very close to the nightlife and restaurants around the intersection of Jaffa Rd and Ben Yehuda St. My room was basic but clean, the staff was not too friendly but helpful overall. The breakfast is OK. There's free WiFi in the rooms, and there's a/c....

I stayed here for 3 nights and I really enjoyed it. Everything was clean and neat. I can't say that the maid did a whole lot to the room while I was gone because all she really did was change out the trash cans and pull the comforter on the bed up. I know she didn't vacuum because the same...

I was satisfied with my stay here. The room was TINY...the bed basically took up the whole room and the bathroom was very hard to use. Shoulders stick out the shower and try to pee standing up with that toilet, not to mention sitting down! The air conditioning was good, and the rooms face a courtyard in back which was...

Staff, young guy on the rception, was very helpful, he gave as one of room ( we booked 2x DBL rooms ) earlier thank official check in. Rooms are clean, spacious, there was TV with more...

We spent here the first two nights of our 2-weeks stay in Jerusalem. Our somewhat small room was located on the same floor as the reception desk, with a window out on to an inner courtyard, and a bit noisy. Cleanliness was acceptable, bedlinen was clean. Bathroom acceptable, good water power in the shower head. On arrival, after seeing the...

Just back from a 4 night stay at this hotel and felt it necessary to warn people NOT to stay here. The location is good and one of the night clerks, Lior, was extremely nice and helpful-0therwise, the place is a dump. The first dayt my room had an awful septic smell-when I complained-I was handed a can of cherry...

My friend and I just spent four nights at the Jerusalem Inn Hotel and could not wait to depart. One of our rooms had a septic system odor so bad that a gas mask should have been provided at check in. Management did provide a new room with a better smell but this hotel is so noisy it is very...

I stayed here for one night with my family. Nothing at all was impressive about the hotel. The location is pretty good, being adjacent to Yafo St. and very close to Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. The rooms are not well maintained. It felt very dilapidated. Breakfast was simply terrible. Cold restaurant next door. Old salads. Old coffee. Terrible bread (the...
