Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really enjoyed the visit and the hotel. The booking process was very easy and convenient. All the staff is excellent and very high level of service. The presidential suite was specious, two levels (like all rooms in the hotel), with a large refrigerator (great if you buy ready food at the Mayans Yehuda Market), and all other appliances. The location of the hotel is excellent and the view is unbeatable. The hotel is fully equipped to serve guests who observe Shabbat. There are a lot of guests from abroad in the hotel, especially on Shabbat. They come with high expectation for the level of service and the conditions of the rooms. The fact that the hotel has a high customer satisfaction is only an evidence that they know to provide great service to the most experienced travelers who have high benchmarks. There are several suites that face the Temple Mount. They have some small additional reservation fee but if definitely worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and would love to come back.

This was a top-notch stay. We stayed in a beautiful duplex overlooking Jerusalem and instantly felt cozy as soon as we walked in. The hotel is proximal to so many attractions—we didn’t use our car in Jerusalem once. The staff is so helpful and kind. We stayed here for my birthday and I’m so glad we stayed here. Gorgeous place, comfortable beds and seating options. Also, the hotel smelled really nice, which was a plus. Will be staying here again!

Great location. Very spacious suite with 3 bedrooms. The location was great. The employees were very helpful. Needs some minor upkeep. Overall very happy with the room. The hotel is only a single floor in a tall building with incredible views. If you have a car, you have to park in expensive public parkings. There are a couple close by.

One night stay for a quick trip to Jerusalem. Two adults and three kids ages 12,10 and 5. We booked the larger of the two room options. The location is perfect. Getting to the parking lot was very tricky. Use Waze: Mesilat Yesharim Street 12, Jerusalem, Israel - this will take you to the underground parking lot of the building. It actually goes under the main road and into the building. We’d absolutely stay again if our plans take us to jerusalem.

The size of the unit (2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen) was great for traveling with two teenagers and location was ideal. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I see other reviewers were unhappy with the breakfast situation because you have to walk to a restaurant but I thought that was a major perk. Instead of mediocre hotel food you get at some places they give you a voucher for a choice of three restaurants and the one we went to was the best breakfast we had our entire 10 day trip. Included in hotel rate! Although very large and amazing for families (with a great view), the room was not in great condition. Moldy bathroom, torn wallpaper and holes in the wall, broken curtain rod. One AC only blew hot air. Only outlets in the bedroom are for a lamp and tv so we had to unplug those to charge phones. There were dirty dishes still in the kitchen from previous guests. I hope management continues to invest in the maintenance of the units because despite these issues we would definitely stay there again. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

We had four rooms on the floor. Each had its own personality. They were spacious and perfect for our needs in Jerusalem with good central location. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend for those looking to stay with families.

Suites were excellent. Everything we needed. The view can’t be beat. Any issue was addressed promptly. Shabbos elevator went 0-21 vs. stopping at every other floor. The location can’t be beat. Right in the center of everything. You can walk to everywhere. Staff was super attentive and helpful. We are already planning our next trip here. Highly recommended.
