I stayed in this place for a few days. It had its pluses and its very bad negatives. The staff is mostly the best thing going on for the place; friendly and very helpful. The rates were ok considering a bed and breakfast and not a 4 Star hotel. The box TV they had never even worked, the rooms were...

We were booked at this hotel to save some money since we would be leaving at 2:00am for our flight home and just needed a room for a couple of hours. Even still...the dimly lit room and the gross shower were for a lack of a better word... Yucky. Didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpets. But they did...

Beside the fact that this place is not as central as described this place is a modern ruin! The facility is so unused without giving it any kind of service. Door lock does not work properly, AC blast the dust of elder days, the lift does not work, staff has no uniform (except waiters) and for all it ain't clean....

Stayed here for two nights with a visit to Jerusalem squeezed between the two visits. So I stayed in two different rooms. Both rooms had slight issues. It seems they don't pay much attention to the maintenance of the place. Room had peeling paint. Broken shower doors and dirty smelly toilets. Other then that it was ok. Breakfast was a...

Do not waste your money on this hotel. The manager has a poor attitude and was very rude. The hotel is disgusting and dirty. My wife and my parents recently spent a week in Jordan. What are fabulous place. We had such a wonderful time staying at some great little hotels and local places. Unfortunately we booked this disgusting hotel...

The place was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. They never answered to our email about coming early and they were not ready for us even after landing and calling them. The room given was not clean and the desk workers where the most incompetent people ever (even when I spoke to them in Arabic). The rooms look...

OK people. I'm not rich but I travel as such as an English Teacher and I spare no expense to enjoy my life. So- okay- I fork over 80 dinar which is about 120USD at this time and I get a clean bathroom, strong water, warm (not super hot as I wish) and a decent enough room. Look, you are...

Wow. What a dump! Our tour operator put us up in this hotel (I can only assume he is related to the owner, because that's the only reason I can think of for putting us in this hell hole!) Firstly, let me tell you, the pics on the Internet are very deceiving! The hotel does not look like that, and...
