We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our tour. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and good breakfast provided.
Bed was a little hard but we still slept ok. The a/c was noisy but slept without it as it wasn’t hot in the room. Some works going on outside too so ear plugs come in handy.
Shower was powerful and shampoo/ shower gel provided as well as lotion. Mini bar in the room but 2 free waters per day were offered.
I wouldn’t say the location is central but taxi/ Uber are cheap to get around (2-3JD to rainbow st)
Breakfast had some good options, omelettes made to order, hot food as well as some pastries but these aren’t sweet pastries like you get in Europe. Some fruit was available and some days yoghurts. Coffee was okay but just standard machine no options like lattes unless you paid more.

This is a lovely small hotel in Amman with friendly staff, safe clean and modern facilities and beautiful art work. Good wifi. While the bedrooms are tiny the breakfast more than makes up for the size. Fresh local produce with trained professional staff catering to a largely business clientele. Ive visited the basement bar on many occasions and it’s quite the place for Thursday evening drinks for happy hour during the winter. My only issue would be the smoking in an enclosed space but this is Amman after all - you can’t get away from smoke! The restaurant on the roof has a great selection of salads and sushi so a good place for a business lunch, while on the pricey end the atmosphere is pleasant and the views nice.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share with us your recent experience. I'm delighted to understand that you've enjoyed your stay and had a chance to not only try our breakfast, which you seem to have really enjoyed, but also The Nub and Vinaigrette! I sure will let our team know they were noticeably welcoming, as its praise like this that drives them to work as well as they do! I do apologize that the size of the room was awkward, hopefully you can find a more suitable room next time around! I totally understand how you feel about the smoking regulations in Jordan, and we've created smoking and non-smoking areas while enjoying a smoke-free hotel. With regard to our prices at Vinaigrette, our commitment to provide consistent high standards requires us to run on a higher cost structure. We hope you understand and look forward to welcoming you back again, sometime soon! All my best, Mohammad Rafeeq Front Office & Reservations Manager

Check-in staff person was most unwelcoming and though I had specifically booked a room with twin beds via Booking.com and had the paperwork to prove it, he tried to tell me that because I booked for one adult and one child (being my 17yo daughter), the expectation is that a child shares a bed with an adult and that I should have booked specifically for two adults. That might be the way in their culture but not in mine! I was then given a room with twin beds but told he has to speak with the manager and I may need to pay extra. Fortunately the matter was not brought up again as they would have had a fight on their hands!
The air-conditioning wasn't working in our room, in fact it blew out warm air the entire stay and it wasn't even turned on. We spent the entire time with the balcony door open. Housekeeping knew as they would leave the balcony door open wide after servicing the room. I didn't report the problem as didn't want to risk a room change or further discussion about additional cost for twin beds. It was really noisy and we were woken before 6am every morning by the "call to prayer".
We were not provided ample toilet paper for our stay and resorted to using tissues.
Every power outlet in the room was loose. We propped up adaptors using tape and other items. It was really frustrating.
Laundry service is super expensive, had to Uber to a laundromat.
We ate in the Vinaigrette Restaurant at hotel. Staff were inattentive, drinks were full of ice, my cocktail lacked alcohol... and it was super expensive. Would've been half the cost to Uber and eat at a Rainbow St restaurant.
The Al Qasr Garden restaurant next door had the soccer on and was thumping loud until after midnight on two nights.
There's nothing else within night time walking distance to anything else. My preference would be to stay closer to downtown if I visit Amman again.
Only upside was that our room was spacious and the balcony offered a beautiful view.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst we had a tour around Amman.

It was a comfortable stay, clean tidy and very friendly staff.

It costs around JD2.600 to get to the Ciradel area in an Uber so not too bad - 10 minute drive.

The Alqasr Garden restaurant next door was a lovely atmosphere in the early afternoon and had tasty food.

I really enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the Al Qasr staff. Including those at the bar (two young gentlemen), the restaurant and at the reception. Specific thanks to Oday, working at the reception, who is always happy to assist, give you advice and has overall a charming personality. The lady, who cleaned my 204 room did a great job too - the bathroom was always spotless and with fresh towels. Thank you very much the team of Al Qasr.

I love the amount of attention placed in the decor of the this place, it’s stunning yet homely at the same time. The staffs here (shoutout to Conray) were attentive to my needs such as facilities and when I needed water. It’s a very comfortable stay and my most satisfied accom in Amman. :)

We visited Alqasr for 14 days. In summary, it's a super convenient hotel, location wise you are literally 10 min away from everything in Amman, the area is calm no major attractions but you can walk around at night. There is a nice sushi place on the rooftop and just next to it Alqasr Garden a very nice International resto where you can have lunch and continue work if you are on a business trip. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful (specially Jalal, he is very helpful). Rooms are neat, not so spacious but the necessary to be comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The moment you enter the AlQars Hotel you feel at home. Every member of staff oozes confidence and professionalism and their goal is to help with all they can. We got upgraded to a lovely suite and felt more comfortable than at other more expensive hotels we stayed in Jordan. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes away from Downtown - a chaotic and busy with traffic area- so it was lovely to be able to return to calm in the evenings. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with European and Jordanian offerings. My husband and I loved our stay and it with be our choice when returning to wonderful Jordan

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but the bedrooms are certainly not 4 star! The bedroom we stayed in was very basic, with dodgy electrics, holes in the rather dirty net curtains and a very uncomfortable bed.. the main reception, bar area, and breakfast area were much nicer than the bedroom! The restaurant on the top floor was also very pleasant with good food and good service. I'd say it is a decent 3 star hotel..

Thank you so much for your feedback. It's unfortunate you stayed in one of the rooms that are actually about to get revamped and renovated. So, we're terribly sorry the room wasn't to your liking. However, we're super glad you enjoyed our facilities and tried Vinaigrette. We have other outlets as well, including AlQasr Garden which is the largest indoor/outdoor garden in Amman, and The Nub our cozy pub. So, if you're ever back in town, give us another try! We do look forward to welcome you back. All my best, Mohammad Rafeeq Room Divisions Manager

Stayed at the start of our Titan tour to Jordan. My room was on the first floor and well appointed though quite small. The bathroom was great, very modern. The bedroom window started half way up the wall so it was quite dark and was covered by a blind that some of my fellow travellers never found the button to control!

We had breakfast and dinner included and the buffet was quite small and items ran out very quickly. They didn’t seem used to catering for 30+ diners at once for dinner. We had to go to the bar to ask for water as nobody came to offer drinks.
