Reception desk staff need to improve their amability. Breakfast was nice and there is wifi in the reception hall. It's not really far from Haram but there...

We took a group of passengers for umrah. Our first impression was awful, 1 room had the curtain rails hanging off, another room had the toilet seat broken and another room had the window latch broken. Room service was awful, we would always call for room service and no one will come so in the end me and my staff...

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel when I went for Umrah. The hotel itself is really nice and well maintained. The rooms are decorated nicely and the bathrooms are in good condition. The only issue we had was the distance from the Haram. For me it was fine but my grandmother found it particularly exausting walking 20-25 mins each way....

It is located around 10-15 mins walk away from the haram. It has wifi which you can never ever connect to, doesn't matter what time of the night or day you try, in the week I stayed I could...
