I can genuinely say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were absolutely disgustingly dirty. Walls in bathroom were covered in some unidentifiable marks which I'd rather not think about. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned and when we opened the door for the interconnecting rooms there was 7 layers of dust. The...

Initially ignored by front desk staff. Had to wait for the room. Room looks old and not maintained. View of walls. Bathroom was small. The only positive about this hotel is its location which is very close to Haram and shops. Came back to the room key not working and had to go to the front desk. No apologies for...

Our room had the Kaaba as a view and MasyaAllah it was such a wonderful view to sleep and wake up to. The elegance and beauty of the hotel with the added bonus of it being right next to the Masjidil Haram area, giving you the option of praying inside the hotel while following the Imam. Service was top notch,...

The location of the hotel is prime; you are steps away from Masjid-al-Haram and other surrounding hotels and food places. The bottom floors of the hotel have small shops and restaurants, which serve wonderful food 24/7. The rooms themselves were a bit outdated and could use a fresh look. Otherwise, they were very comfortable and spacious. The dining area looks...

Beside one of the best located Hotel in Masjidil Haram, this Hotel provide one whole level in the building, MP floor. It is intended for the hotel guests, who prefer to do the prayers following the Imam masjid shaf inside the hotel. It is better to do prayers there rather than on the grounds outside masjid considering the cleanliness.

Hotel itself is situated close to haram, however the rooms are poor, more 3 star than 5. The check in guy was awful, didnt even bother finishing off my check in before dealing with a local man and ignoring me totally for 5 minutes or more. Two members of staff that stood out and were fantastic was Adel from Finance,...

Probably the worst hotel i have stayed in over the last 10 years. 1. Staff at reception do not speak decent English You are at the doorstep of a global attraction and you don't think it's important that your staff speak any English? 2. Housekeeping brought us a broken cot which prompted us to request another which arrived 3 hours...

Went there beginning of May. The room was very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the most important thing is its location...was just perfect right in front of Al Haram...you go down the escalators and you're just in front of Al Haram. Didn't have any meals there so don't know about the food quality. Recommended.

Al Safwa Royale Orchid is located in Al Safwa towers which is right next to the famous Clock Tower and is in front of King Abdul Aziz Gate of Haram. You need to take 3 escalators up to cross the shopping mall area and reach the main reception. The rooms are neat and clean with free wifi but very small....
