It is near Harum but there are many other as well. Reception non responsive. room cleaning once in 8 days despite of request. Lifts are nightmare, no stairs in use, Breakfast too many items but all are of Arab taste. It is 3 star not 5 star. No wifi

Good Location, Close to Masjid al Haram, Lovely spacious rooms, only 2 issues were Wifi which was hardly available and traffic noise in the evening, found it hard to go sleep. Staff were very friendly. This hotel is behind the clock towers, lots of shops and food places nearby.

Good location not far from the Haram, friendly staff , good breakfast but in general the hotel didn't meet our expectations, due to some cleanless and room availibility issues. Lifts need also to be changed, never working properly. Wifi available only in reception area.

Close to Masjid al Haram Taxi's and cars outside are a nuisance but you are very close to the masjid and shops, restaraunts etc. Relatively clean rooms and lobbys. Room service was slow but did a good job, The bad is WiFi is not available everywhere and only in the lobby.

An aging hotel which badly needs a basic refurbishment to prove its worthiness of five star hotel which has been dispayed on sign at the entrance. The breakfast is very ordinary in camparison to five star standard.

The hotel is generally value for money. Overall it looks nice though the room is a bit small. The toilet is weirdly placed so that if you sit on it as per normal your legs would be under the sink, which will probably cut you so you have to sit on it sideways. Toilet is generally clean but smells a...

Takes almost 30 minute to get cehck-in. Queen room was really small & no space to move freelly in the room. Breakfast was average menu with more...
