We stayed here during umrah, from 15/12 till 23/12.. it is 700m (door to door) to Masjidil Haram.. quite a distance but you don't feel it.. we stayed in a room for 2. Crowded but clean. Barely any space to keep our luggages 😅 but since most of the time is spent at the mosque,…
Rates are reasonable during Hajj season, location is good (about 500 meters from haram). Hotels closer to haram cost a lot more. Rooms are adequate for 2 person, 3 is stretching it, 4 and above is overkill. Could do with upgraded toilets. Food is too salty most of the times.
One of the 3 stars hotel comfort for family trip that near from Masjidil Haram. But the food is quite spicy for kids under 10 years old. The big problem is the elevator system . It is quite confusing hotel guest because the 2 steps elevator system. We have move from one elevator…
The room was nice and clean, the facilities were OK, the food were great. The location is great, just about 10 minutes walk to Al Haram. There are restaurants at the ground floor as well as laundry. Overall, I had a great stay here during Haj.
Went with my family of 4 for recent Umrah during Ramadhan Month. This is also first time our Travel Agency took this hotel. It is quite a distance from the Haraam (15mins walk) walkonh along busy road full of taxicabs & buses. The staff in hotel are not friendly & the lifts…
"Use emergency stairs to go to your restaurant (above the lobby), faster than waiting for the lift. Ask for wi-fi password from receptionist."
"Choose a room away from the elevators."
"A nice clean and hotel with help full staff.composed"
"If you are traveling with a family, ask for a room that is a little spacious so you have room to keep your luggage. Our room, 911, was comfortable for three people, but some other four bedroom rooms were too crowded. (Not sure if they added an extra bed in because of haj season, but theres no harm in asking and seeing the room first.)"
"The corner room has a great view! Also, don't get confused about the elevator area, you'll get used to it."
