Too old hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars max. The hotel people are not professionals. Although, it is in a good district (Al Olay ). I do not recommend this hotel for anybody. Furthermore, it is close to Al Faisaliah and Arriyadh Gallery Mall. There are some facilities close to the hotel like pharmacies, supermarkets , ... etc.

Economical hotel within center of the city, mostly covering Indian sub continent guests need but good for other guests as well. Near to super market, public transport, restaurants and shops. During morning and evening too much traffic around area due to Riyadh Metro construction.

I stayed there for a business trip back in November. The hotel is ideally situated in Olayya business district. There is a big parking lot for the nearby computer market. The room is OK, with basic amenities. The breakfast buffet is reasonable, with decent varieties.

This property is in the city centre and next to the IT/computer market. The Faisaliyah tower is a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk and the place has restaurants, ATM, taxi services and grocery stores at a short walk. I have rated the hotel 4, due to its location and the prompt service and everything you expect of a 3 star... More

Decent hotel, good and helpful staff. I liked the breakfast spread. Felt like a central location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel can so better with (1) facilities like steam/sauna and advanced gym (2) more options for vegetarians like me on the 24×7 menu
