Stayed here for a night with my family in a double bedroom Room. The hotel staff at the reception we're welcoming and helpful. The bellman is extremely friendly and a great guy. The hotel is close to many small cafes and grocery stores. Car parking is in the basement if have one. Nice, clean and safe hotel.

Great location, nearby downtown ,achrafieh, highway to north, to Hazmieh, to most common or touristic places. Some issues with the bed, but team was very helpful they fix it same day. Cleaning was not bad, but the area were dusty, so even if you clean after 5 min again you can see dust. Supermarket down the building is great idea... More

We stayed at The Living on Damascus Road for 2,5 months. It's one of the very few hotels that came to be home away from home, and we would love to go back one day. Everything was great; very clean, excellent location, great service. Special thanks to Nicolas for his great spirits, hospitality and the willingness to always help. We... More

Nice, spacious apartment, with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was all new, fresh and clean. Its in Sodeco, so its central, and short to most destinations in Beirut. Quiet area, which can be hard to find in Beirut.

This is the best value you can get for being right downtown in Beirut. Spacious rooms, great kitchen accommodations, free underground parking and market located next to lobby. Only downside is the staff is a bit shorthanded and takes a while to get a response. No room service, but the price you pay to stay here and the view is... More

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and very good prices. Major red flag : not clean enough. Checked in just to see smears and dirt in the bathroom, closets still smelling like the last dude, telephone handles dirty, dust in the corners. Curtains and cushions don't smell fresh, microwave filled with food splashes, fridge poorly or not cleaned as well.... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in a two bedroom appartment. Both bedrooms had an ensuite which was convenient. A little bizarre that we also had 1.5 kitchens, albeit one with a sink and no taps! No corkscrew though. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Useful boulangerie/delicatessen across the street.

Comfortable... Welcoming... Where can I start? I stayed for 2 lovely nights! I was upgraded to a Junior Suite when I was checking in. I loved it! One bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and open living room with a small table and a small balcony. The rooms were decorated amazingly, simple and modern purple. The view from the balcony isn't superb, make... More

I stayed here for only one night and it was still a wonderful experience I arrived around midnight on a saturday night and the nightlife had just started. I checked in saw my room and walked to the bars on rue monot about a 5 minute walk. Although drinks in that area seem to be some of the priciest I... More

“I mentioned in my review: I got a free upgrade to a single-bedroom suite (seems to happen for almost every visitor when available). ... We stayed there for two non-consecutive nights (Tuesday and Friday nights). When we arrived at the hotel on Friday, they were keeping for us the same room (upgraded suit) we stayed in during our previous visit (Tuesday) .. it was like returning back home... Is that a clear enough hint ??? :)”
