Hotel is quite good to stay but the staff is not responsible. There are 4 incidents in 2days 5more days to goo.... "Making my quarantine more bad" 1. Given a room which was already occupied by a man who yelled at me as it was 12a.m and without knowing we just went through the room as front desk agent gave me wrong keys and room no. 2 . Second time i went back to reception to change my room key he just changed the no. In the card holder not the 🗝️ key again. Is it a 4star hotel? 3. Ordered a veg food n they bring non veg and when i asked why this so ..they r replying as if it was my mistake like really.????? 4. Several times i told them to do room service after 8:30pm but just for the sake of finishing work they deliver it at same time when they wish to ,so that there work gets finish. Management please it is a request train ur staff as they r not capable of working on a 4star hotel at this moment Or just train them properly you will be benfited.…
Its very bad experience that I never seen ,, the hotel canceled my confirmed booking on 30th Oct after I arrived , and no one even call me before I present to hotel , One of the staff let me talked to his supervisor Mr. Ahmed Galal over the phone but unfortunately he was not better than his team .. m he never solve my issue and his way of talking was bad and need a lot of training of how to deal with customer , and when i asked him to send an email for this scenario so I can take it up he promised to do it on next day but as I was expecting he didn't send till now although I followed up many times on this regards with Mr. Jerrik and promised as well but again nothing happened .I also asked him to let me talk to someone in higher management (Mr.Marwan) but again nothing. im raising a ticket in tourism authority about that as its against visitors right , not advising anyone to come to this hotel as thier management are careless and no one cares. In my opinion its extremely bad.…
I recently traveled back to Qatar and was required to quarantine at a hotel. I had heard good reviews for Century Hotel and therefore decided to stay here. The entire -day stay was very comfortable and the food here was amazing. Mr. Jerrick and his staff was very welcoming and were there to help us with anything we needed. My favorite was the view of the ocean and the National Museum.
My family have stayed there for one quarantine week and I would like to thank the staff for the support extended to my family ,especially Mr. Jerick the front office manger ,did a great support and was reachable 24/7 .
I happened to stay in Century hotel for my Quarantine during my visit to Qatar. My stay was really enjoyable and the staff was really friendly. The food was amazing,especially the seafood varieties. Mr.Jerick, the front office manager was really helpful and requires a special mention.
