Beautyfull and comfortable hotel with very friendly and service minded staff. Little too busy at the morning restaurant. there are option for beachfood which is well made and a coupple of evening restaurants. Wine card was not available but the waiter gave us some reasonable priced options. We chose one and liked it well. All in all a very nice stay.

Great Hotel, great staff (eg Ajaj), oberall amazong experience, only beach could be bigger, but amazing view. Food is also very good but as always after some days it gets repetitive. And the toilet brush was missing.

From A - Z we had a fantastic time in your hotel. If you want to have some small things which could be better from our view there are as follows: 1. At the breakfast buffet it´s difficult to take the marmelade, honey... , because you must put in on the plate, where you can´t separate it from the other food. 2. At the food bar, starting from the right side ( fresh made food ( eggs, fish...) there is the AC direct above the counter, so that we felt that the food was "not hot". 3. It was also difficult, to remove the pot lids, because they were very hot. 4. At the poolside your towels sometimes looked "very used". This is only because you asked for! Your hotel including all the staff is absolutly amazing.

We have rarely experienced such kind and courteous staff - and no, even in a 5-star hotel this is not a matter of course. We received an upgrade at check-in with a view of the Emirates Palace - amazing! Thank you so much dear Thea!!! We can only name a few of the amazing staff members on behalf of the entire team: Thea, Dee, Mohamed, Shaid, … Yes, the hotel is a little bit outdated BUT this does not has ANY impact with regards to the service etc. The service and food are exceptional!!! The buffet offers something for everyone. There is everything your heart desires - even if you don't eat meat or fish. We cannot understand the bad reviews regarding the food selection or e.g. the temperatures of the various dishes. The rooms are very quiet and the entire hotel is quiet, which is very pleasant. Even guests of a certain nationality - who normally always attract negative attention - know how to behave during their stay. The location is great because you can explore a lot on foot. A small drawback in winter is that the sun on the hotel's own beach is unfortunately gone from 3 pm - but this is due to the time of year (position of the sun). Would we come back? Definitely!!!
