Very clean rooms. Very good breakfast, although the coffee was disappointing (which is quite surpizingly for Colombia!).The internet did not work for many hours - which is a no go for a business hotel.The staff is friendly but speaks much worse English than I expect at a Marriott

I need to add to my review. I am severely allergic to mango and after having two incidents in the lounge they assured me they would not cook with mango for the remaining time I am at the hotel (3 nights including tonight). I came in this evening to find no less then 4! Dishes with mango. I am afraid to eat because it’s very possible there is mango on various surfaces and utensils which would easily cause a reaction if I had a dish that was prepared in the same space. I am hugely disappointed with the executive lounge, kitchen and hotel for making this promise then preparing these dishes anyway. I had given this hotel high praise for how excellent it is and have to revise that to accommodate what has happened this evening☹️. Why make this commitment and then break it, is my question.

When I was there breakfast started at 06:00 but unsure for how long. A great convenience to me was the Marriott front desk bagging me a breakfast to go each morning as I left at 05:30AM. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious when I had more time on the weekend.
