This hotel is located in the Candelaria area, close to restaurants, Plaza Bolivar, the Museo de Oro, and the Botero Museum. The rooms are cute. Breakfast is good. The great selling point for me is the helpful, kind staff.

We had 3 nights here when we first arrived in Colombia. The art deco look and the inner decor was just great. Futon beds were really comfortable and our room was a very big size. We had large windows that we could look out on the street and watch the people go by. There is no lift, but the staff...

We chose this hotel because of its good reviews and location in La Candelaria and were not disappointed. Our room and all the other rooms we saw were of a good size with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, not special, fresh fruit juice, fruit, eggs or cereal, tea or coffee. We enjoyed beIng within easy walking distance of the...

We arrived at 6.00 am after an 11 hour flight from London. We were to,d our room was not ready but another temporary room would be available and that they would transfer us that afternoon. Found staff had very limited English and not that friendly. Anyway we had a short sleep and some breakfast and a walk around. At Midday...

The room you were given, was an executive room, exactly as the other...

What I liked: Location, Location, Location. Could walk to anywhere in old Bogota and to the museums, top restaurants and other tourist sights. Also, short cab ride to Monteserratte. Nice people, beautiful rooms and decent size. Shower worked great with good water pressure. On a noisy street (unavoidable in this part of town) but sound proofing was pretty good with...

Very lukewarm welcome on arrival, we were given a dark ground floor room with 2 single beds (we had specified a double) that reeked of damp and cigarette smoke. We were too tired to make a fuss. The following morning I spoke to the manager who was extremely apologetic and immediately rectified the situation, giving us a lovely airy room...

Well the rooms are spacious. Only Spanish TV. The street noise was a problem one night of my stay. As there is a Bar next door. The location is central. Close to the Emerald market just three blocks and close to the other Bogata Museums. the staff were helpful and friendly. No elevators so you will get to use a...

Top floor spacious room with a view to Monserrate and smallish bathroom. Little bit of street noise over holiday/ new year period at night. Well appointed and clean. Breakfast was excellent with great choice and service with fresh juice, tropical fruits, freshly cooked eggs, bread and jam etc. Reception staff very helpful, however, triple confirm any transfer arrangements. Restaurants, shops,...
