The location is great, not far to train station, the staff were very good at giving us all the relevent information on getting around Yangon and also the rest of Myanmar.
There are a few mosquitos, so keep your door closed.

The good value place to stay. The accomodation is extremely clean. Staffs are really helpful. They have the pick up service, at the time of our travel, it is free (maybe it is low season time). They have 3 inns, stay at Ocean Pearl Inn...More
We originally booked Ocean Pearl Inn-3 but their airport pickup knowingly drove us here instead! We decided to stay; it's cheaper than -3 and our en suite room was passable. The breakfast was ok too. Note this hotel is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from...More
If you want the stay cheaply in Yangon, this might be the place. It is sparse. The bed is a thin mattress on a platform. Very hard. The attached bath has the typical shower that flows onto the bathroom floor. I had ants in the...More
This modest hotel suited us well for our first 2 nights in Yangon- and we returned for our last night in Myanmar. It's clean and comfortable and the breakfast of fruit, toast, tea/coffee and fried eggs was filling. Bottled and/or purified water to refill your...More

I don't know if this hotel monitors TripAdvisor for questions, but if you email them directly, they'll respond promptly to your questions. 5:15 pm arrival might be outside the free-pickup timeframe (we hadn't been aware it's only available during specific hours until after booking our airline tickets a little too late), but the airport is quite far from the center of town and a pretty chaotic scene -- once we arrived, we were immensely relieved about having booked the hotel transport -- way beyond worth the $10 extra. (And there are many places were I wouldn't say the same.) I recall that the wifi was excellent (other than that certain sites seemed blocked throughout Myanmar, like banking sites). We requested a room in back, so our window was smallish and not much of a view, but the room was quiet. I think the rooms facing the street in front would have better views, and things seemed to die out at a reasonable hour (not a big noisy party area or anything). But ask Mr. Kyaw directly - he can answer your questions better, and is eager to help. Enjoy your trip!
