Stayed 2 nights for business. It was the most expensive room (403) priced at $70 but it was spacious and well furnished with a large comfortable king sized bed, clean bed and bath linen and carpeted floor. It had a large front window which resulted in a lot of heat from afternoon to sunset since it was west facing - almost made the split a.c. ineffective. It also had a lot of trafic noise throughout the day since the room was located in the front on a busy road. Room lighting was very poor and wi-fi erratic. First day i could do skype calls and a day later, I could not even download mail.Bath was clean but with toilet located behind the the shower area. So the bathroom floor was wet and you had walk through it to reach the toliet. Water was hot but water pressure on the fourth floor quite low. Breakfast was a buffet with only local food. The hotel is situated in a busy residential / commercial neighbourhood with practically no sights, food or shopping nearby. However taxis were easily available throughout the day. Staff was very helpful as i requested a top up on my cell phone sim card almost at midnight, yet it was located and delivered in 20 minutes flat!

Been here several times. Nice location, still clean rooms. Restaurant still offers bad breakfast. But the worse thing is the manager. She is very rude with no sense of customer care. She probably belongs to the barracks, not to hotel industry. Horrible customer service by the manager

Thanks to our Yangon-based partner for booking me to a better room this time - with wide glass wall overlooking the main street U Chit Maung. Room 303 is a few steps away from the lift. Across, I could clearly see the shops, including my favorite Grab and Go.

The place is accessible, a 12-minute walk would take me to Ocean Mall where I can exchange dollar to kyat, have my grocery, and buy the famous frames made of jade and other precious stones.

Staff are helpful. There is a restaurant by the lobby where breakfast is served everyday.

Basic hotel that meets the basic needs. We were staying over for a dinner function. Clean, hospitable and decent accommodation. There is a 24-hour burger joint attached to the lobby area which is great for quick bites while waiting for transfer. Wifi is good. Centrally located.

I stayed in a chalet in the garden for 4 nights. The room was rendered smaller by the presence of a queen-size bed but no problem. It had all the basic amenities but no frills and it was clean and comfortable for 1 person. There was a drains odour from the bathroom from time to time and the A/C was prone to warm up. However, any request for assistance to staff was met with immediate action, including one late at night. This location was not near any tourist areas and was convenient by its proximity to my appointment. In short, value for money without luxury.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was convenient for me as it's located near my workplace. There's a 24 hour restaurant on site and beside it a Japanese sushi restaurant. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water, breakfast and wifi. Cable TV has a good variety of English channels (better than some hotels in other countries!). Staff hospitable.

This hotel is located in a good location. Hotel staffs are quite helpful to help us to go to the room quickly. Reception is also very fast to allocate us a room. The room is very neat & clean including bathroom. Our room had no windows in the room but room is spacious. The breakfast in the morning are very basic.

"Take a room on the backside to avoid traffic noise and heat in the front west facing rooms (401-403). A lot of inexpensive rooms do not have windows and can be claustrophobic. I reommend room # 412 on the back side with a large king bed or #408 with two twins which is smaller and a little cramped but cheaper."
