The hotel will only suit you if you are not looking for any extras. It's nice, clean and comfy, the staff is really friendly. Our room didn't have a door to the shower (just a curtain), one of the sockets was falling out of the wall. The breakfast had a few salads, fresh fruit and vegetables, pancakes with meat, khachapuri....

Very good beds and super friendly staff. Location is also ok, 15 min from Tbilisi old town, market and supermarket within 5 min walk. Quite difficult to find without a local's help (even with their help).

The small hotel (guest house) is centrally located and some 10 min walk to old town. Rooms are ok but window was placed so high that I had no perspective. Very basic breakfast and a small place outside where you can enjoy your own wine. Friendly staff who spoke a little English. If you just need a basic room -...

The hotel is in fact a big house, with nice big rooms, nice original woodwork can be seen all around. The staff was friendly (you...

First the hotel is in a good location, near the cathedral and quite near the city center. At the first glance it does not look like hotel, you get at the yard of the house but this is nice on it, it is not classic hotel as others. But inside there is a reception and spaciously rooms, nice interior. Surroundings...

This was the third place I stayed in Tbilisi, and I wish I had found it first. I thought the location was not so good at first, but realised it was actually really good. Room very quiet clean and comfortable, good wi-fi and all facilities. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is well situated, 10mn walking from the center, in a calm area. The staff is polite, not than warm and friendly though. The room is ok, clean. However the quality of the bed and the bedding are very poor. The breakfast is medium.
