I stayed at the Fabrika hostel in Tbilisi recently and had a great experience. The accommodation was clean, and the vibe was amazing. The hostel's location is perfect, but I suggest the management provide lockers in the bathroom and install bidets in the toilets. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful experience at Fabrika Tbilisi. During my stay, I accidentally left my access card in my room. The reception staff promptly provided me with a replacement, allowing me seamless access to the room area. The ambiance of the place was pleasant, and the room cleaning service was truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to savor various culturally diverse foods, which added to the overall experience.

However, one aspect that could be improved is the availability of drinking water facilities. Upon my arrival, I was quite thirsty and inquired about water, but unfortunately, there was none readily accessible. This minor inconvenience led me to venture out to the nearest market to purchase water. Despite this, my overall impression of Fabrika Tbilisi remains positive, and I consider my stay to have been a great experience.

One of my best experiences at a hostel. Really this place is such amazing, beginning with the lobby vibes, super cozy, the shared restrooms are simple but clean, the bathroom has hotwater and always clean too. The staff, 5 stars. The hostel location is quite good because it's almost centralized where you might easily visit the downtown by foot. ;)

The place is very stylish but fails to provide the basic things you need and pay for when staying at a hostel. The kitchen is a joke. Its not really functioning as a kitchen since there is no oven or stove and almost no kitchen utensils, no cups etc. So you have to drink your coffee in whatever container you can find in the bin or bring your own I guess. Frustrating since they must have lots of cups in the bar/restaurant. But that pretty much sums up the problem here - it seems like they dont want you to be able to use the kitchen, they want you to buy in their bar and restaurant.
The bathrooms are very dirty and doesnt seem to get cleaned every day. I dont think the kitchen was cleaned one single time in the week i stayed there:(
Your are not allowed to use your computer in the common areas (except a few seats that are always occupied), so you won't be able to work etc. when staying at this hostel.
The decor is cool and the staff are friendly.

Super trendy hostel in an old soviet textile factory, very nice vibes and full of hipsters. The food they serve is very good. Location slightly removed from most of the attractions. Dorm room clean and does the job, good air conditioning. Shared bathrooms are on an industrial scale so you will not have to wait for a shower but they could be cleaned more frequently throughout the day.

++ This is an amazing hostel with a very hip and trendy vibe. It’s very photogenic. The dorm rooms we slept in were fine. Beds themselves were super comfy and there is airconditioning. The courtyard is beautiful too and restaurants there provide good food. Everything is really clean too. Generally, there are a lot of young people in and around the hostel. It’s an old soviet factory which is quite cool to sleep in. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They have tours and workshops.

- - beds provide little privacy, there are no curtains. Breakfast was quite expensive. Overall the restaurants in the courtyard as well as bar food inside the hostel is expensive (not “hostel” priced). Showers provide zero privacy. If you want to shower keep in mind everyone will see you naked. Same goes for the toilets, they are open (everyone can hear everything, if you know what I mean). But the good thing is they play funky music in the toilets.

Overall I very much recommend this hostel. It’s pretty, has good vibes and beds are great.

I stayed for 3N4D and Mariam, the receptionist was very accommodating. I booked in a 10-mixed dormitory room, the room and other facilities are kept clean and tidy. The room is overlooking on the cafes and restaurants on the ground floor which is very stunning view at night. I will definitely come back and Didi Madloba to the whole team of Fabrika Hostel team.

It's almost impossible to work. They do not allow you to work outside the “working” table (at which there are usually no empty seats). Be prepared to be forced to stand and spend half an hour waiting for a place at the table to be vacated (in a rude manner). (How stupid is that?)

There is no water in the whole hostel: not in water coolers, not in bottles, not anywhere.

In our room, the electricity block was terribly noisy, and the noise wouldn’t stop for a moment. And we had an “expensive” private room!

In general, it looks nice from the outside and it’s quite instargam-able, but definitely not worth a try.

The manager (of accommodation) should be fired 100%. The men's showers weren't cleaned for my entire 9 night stay. The women's showers, both bathrooms and rooms were cleaned daily, but not the men's showers. Everyone complained including myself but the manager did nothing. 100% of the accommodation staff are women....who are naturally hired by the manager (also a woman). I saw said manager once in the luggage storage/office area and never saw her throughout my 9+ days elsewhere....not even at the front desk. Definitely sexism - and if you know the type of place Fabrika is, this is pretty undeniable. About 50% of the desk staff were friendly and the other 50% openly hostile. How can one manage anything from a stationary office position?

Aside from this disgusting behaviour and disrespect, there is free luggage storage, an inside storage place for bicycles and reasonably priced 9.00 Lari laundry which includes the detergent. The rooms were clean and spacious and the WiFi good. The social spaces are abundant and the entire site is bustling until late every day. Overall it is value for money.

After 12 midnight there is no where to sit in the hostel. There are no common areas that you can use. No couches or desks. They force you onto the streets. The guest kitchen here is also an absolute joke 🤣. No stove, no dishes, no cups, they want to force you to buy from their expensive restaurants. Not backpacker friendly at all.

Plenty of people to share with, there is a bulletin board and also speak to staff on desk. Travel around the city is easy either walking or by metro. Also if you haven't got it load taxify app for cheap taxi transport around Tblisi. I would recommend Brutal tours walking tour
