On the positive side, the hotel is extremely well located for walking to the old town or to the Metro or modern centre. The hotel arranged an efficient pick-up from the airport on my arrival. However, my so-called 'Superior' room was dark and gloomy with an ugly view of a concrete yard with a noisy generator. Room 2 was just several...

We stayed three nights while completing our Georgian tour. Hotel is centrally located so navigable to multiple Tbilisi sites and attractions. Hotel staff is very personable and helpful. Laundry services are prompt and good. Breakfasts are substantial. Bathroom is tiny and room is very oddly-shaped but we found the eccentricity quite charming.

Clean rooms with firm/great beds. Somewhat small space but comfortable, however if more than 220lb or so, shower likely difficult to get into. Hairdryer provided. Minibar in the room. Small balcony. Good breakfast. Pleasant receptionists with good English. In the heart of downtown - really.

Apart from the name (which is a bit too generic, making the hotel somewhat hard to find) we liked virtually everything about Hotel City. It is a friendly, very well run little hotel at a perfect location. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. The room was kept perfectly clean and pleasantly cool, which we highly appreciated because of the...

This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff and perfect location, just minutes from the main sights of interest in Old Tbilisi. We had booked the room with panoramic view, and it was way better than we expected and ideal for two people. The room has huge windows with breathtaking180 degree views of the old city. Marianna, the manager...

The best thing about this hotel is the location- within 2 minutes walk from freedom square. We checked in late and we found our rooms to be smaller than usual. Booking.com mentioned that there is a balcony but couldn't find one. Unfortunately, I was also not upgraded. The hotel is well maintained and everything appeared to be new. The hotel...

Great value for money place, well maintained, located in a walking distance from the historical centre. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived at the hotel really early morning we were given an early check-in without any issues.

Arrived at the hotel 6:00AM and was given an early check-in free of charge. To top that off, they upgraded us from their Junior Suite to their main Suite which was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is well maintened. What impressed me the most was after doing my research and reading reviews about this hotel in the past I have come...

I spent 2 nights in hotel. Everyting was good, the stuff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfest was good, but no variety od food. Room was clean, but I couldn´t find safe inside the room. The big problem for me was very noisy street andd thin walls, so I had problem asleep. Hotel is very close to historical city centre.
