I stayed at the Argo for two weeks this past September with my wife. This is a basic hotel with 4 floors and no elevator. We stayed on the top floor in room 9, which was relatively quiet. We saw no cockroaches as reported in other reviews. Breakfast was ample and sometime included cooked items like pancakes and omelets. The...

IMO the hotel was overall quite nice. Me and friend did enjoy our stay there for more than a week. The breakwast was really nice and some of the staff and the manager were speaking English which made communication quite smooth as me and my friend didn't speak Georgian nor Russian. They offered some nice tips and were overall quite...

Argo Palace is a fine, small hotel. The room I had was surprisingly large, facing the street - but still very quiet. The bathroom was equally large (with a bath tub). At first I expected the bed to be rather hard and uncomfortable, but it turned out to provide excellent sleep. There was well-working wifi, the breakfast was rather large...

Stayed one night in early May, 2015, paid $35 for a double room with breakfast. Negatives: - Away from the main Old Town (20-30 minutes walk), but not far from the metro and Rustaveli Ave. I'd say location is its biggest drawback, although we had an early train to Batumi and with a Central Station close to Argo it was...

I´ve been there in june for a few days (business trip). The hotel ist not really in the city center, but it is not very far to walk or by taxi. The room was big, the breakfast adequate and the bathroom clean. But it could be that you meet a bug or a cockroach in the room or the staircase...

The hotel sits a little out from the center but it is a very easy walk to and from the city center (Rustaveli Road) to the hotel although walking uphill to the hotel from the center after spending the day walking was a bit of a killer. The hotel itself is a somewhat older building and the rooms are decent...

It's a comfortable and cozy hotel in a good location of city. although it is located on a hill but very close to Rustaveli Ave. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. it has a good free Wi-Fi and I liked the breakfast. prices are reasonable. I stayed there during May 2013 and I am satisfied.
