Nice place, nice location, clean and well equipped kitchen, room with airco. We liked the place. People might like Irakli's helpfulness, but we found him a bit imposing, showing some irritation if you don't follow his advice. When we e.g. visited a eating place suggested by a friend of ours, his reaction was "I told you this (eating) place was... More

Wonderful location in an old wooden house with a lovely balcony in a safe, local-feeling neighborhood in the old city. It's a pleasant, interesting walk to anything you need. I stayed in a single room, which included a desk and small table, a rack for hanging clothes, and two big windows, and found it to be a great value. Irakli... More

A friend an I from Germany were traveling Georgia and Armenia for a couple of weeks. We started our trip in Tbilisi, where we stayed at Skadaveli Guesthouse. From the outside the building looks a bit shabby, which makes even more a surprise how neat and welcoming Iraklis Guesthouse is. It is perfectly located in the old city center, just... More

SkadaVeli is ideal: clean, comfortable, well located and with great service. The advice of the friendly manager Irakli, helped make our first trip to the wonderful country of Georgia even better. We stayed in the ensuite double, which was more expensive than the rooms with the shared bathrooms, but worth it for the extra privacy and comfort after a long... More

Skadaveli is just perfect. We stayed 4 nights in a large bedroom with a private bathroom. The room was really clean, well heated and comfortable! We couldn't ask for more. There is a kitchen where you can cook if needed and the possibility to do laundry (5 GEL) Irakli, our host helped us in so many ways: he arranged our... More

Thanks to the owner Irakli we very much enjoyed our stay. As a couple we stayed in the twin room with ensuite - very clean with good hot shower! Very good wi-fi connection too! kettle with tea and coffee in the kitchen. Location is good, 5 minute walk to the freedom square and metro, 10 minutes to the bath spa... More

We met our host for the week, friendly Irakli, at his guesthouse in the heart of old town Tbilisi. The 4 rooms open onto a roomy balcony leading to the kitchen and shared bathroom. The place was spotless. I have never seen windows so clean. The guesthouse is located in a real Georgian neighborhood - with people going about their... More

We loved the large, super clean and atmospheric ensuite room and stayed several times during our 3+ weeks as we were in and out of Tbilisi. The location couldn't be better, it's in a geat neighborhood in Kala (the vegan Kiwi Cafe on the same street is highly recommended). Best of all is Irakli, the owner of Skadaveli. He was... More

the owner Irakli is a maniac when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness, but also he is a very friendly man. The room was spacious and just perfect. The matress was better than my own! The bathroom was super! I couldn't find any negative thing about the whole place, it's just perfect and reasonably priced !!!!!

My friend and I, stayed in Skadeveli for roughly a week in September 2015. During this time we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and you are really in the centre of the old town, the shared bathroom and ensuite were clean. Added to that Irakli was really an excellent host, he showed genuine concern... More
