Our climbing club had two stays at the Tori as we entered and exited Georgia. It has a terrific location, outstanding helpful staff, and a good solid breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well serviced by house keeping. Very reasonable laundry service. One of our group became ill during our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful...

The hotel seems that it was well built and designed, but never refurbished after. I was coming there for 3 years and every time it gets more worn. But it enjoys great location, Stacy rooms. But now the choice of hotels in Tbilisi allows to find a better alternative, so their owners should invest in some refurbishment and better management...

we stayed there 2 nights in July. the place looked good at first and we book the room. then we realised that it was not very clean. The sheets and the whole room smelled of smoking. We had asked for a non smoking!! the breakfast was very bad and limited. We thought it was over priced and the staff could...

The one preveledge of the hotel is city center location. The rooms are large and air conditionered, but dirty and need to be repaired. The towels are limited, 1 towel per 3 person. I was very upset with the service performed.

The best feature of the hotel is its central location, within easy walking distance to all central sights. It is at a through street and opposite a park, all of which can be a little dark at night, so for female persons returning home alone at night it might be preferrable to be dropped off by a taxi. The hotel...

Greatest selling point: It has the most central and amazing location. The building itself is well designed, and from the outside - at first glance - it looks like a real proper hotel - which cannot be said about many low budget places in Tbilisi. What lets it down is the worn out decor (if you pay attention you can...

I stayed here twice in May 2013 , once after a long plane trip to Georgia and the other after an overnight train from Yerevan. On both occasions they allowed me to check in earlier( like 8am) it is a very basic hotel , hangover from good old Intourist in the Soviet era. The bathrooms have been renovated but not...

Let's start with what is good about it: the hotel is very well situated for central Tblisi and not too expensive. We spent 3 nights and the rooms are clean and comfortable, even if the decor is tired. Sadly the staff seem to have had training during the Soviet era and the receptionists look as if they had swallowed a...

Breakfast, very basic and limited or no choices.. breakfast room doubles for dining room in evening.. although waiter was very effeicient menu and meal was again basic.
