I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Very good internet service in hotel, both wireless and wired in the room. Hotel staff was very responsive when the internet went out for a few minutes, coming to my room to fix it, immediately. Workout facility was good. Lots of treadmills and machines. Hotel staff spoke English very well.

I stay there for the show which held in Coex. It will take 10mins walk there, or they have shuttle in the morning is convenience (but can't walk during winter in Seoul). Room is tidy, (as usual of all Ibis, for female, you better bring your only shampoo or shower gel), they have only all in one "soap" dispenser. Overall...

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When my friend and I asked for a direction to a restaurant, a lady at the lobby said, "I don't know. Never heard", although we showed her the restaurant information in Korean. We were so disappointed by her unfriendly and unprofessional attitude as a hotel staff. The restaurant, which we found on...

Stayed here for just under a week, and having had quite low expectations we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were courteous and helpful and generally had good command of English. The room was definitely on the small side, but it was comfortable and clean. We hadn't pre-arranged a cot for our one-year-old son, but they swiftly arranged for one when...

I choose Ibis Seoul Daechi-Dong, as it was 10 minutes walk to COEX mall, on the airport limo bus route from Incheon, very reasonable price and had free in room Wifi. I was on a business trip so the small was ideal and stayed Sat & sun night. The limo bus ride was excellent, quiet comfortable and took about 1.5...

Arrived into Incheon at around 9pm and made it to the hotel at around 11pm. There is a 7/11 store next door to the hotel. The room was very small but it was fine for a short stay. It was a good price and walking distance to Coex. It's halfway between Samseong and Sulleong subway stations; both a good 15...

The Ibis is a typical example of Accor's middle of the road brand. Small rooms, tiny bathrooms and fairly basic restaurants and bars. The up side for this hotel though is its excellent gym facilities, very comfortable beds, free wifi (increasingly common, but still good to note) and excellent location. It is very close to Seonjeongneung park (for runners) and has...

Stayed at the Ibis after a concert in Seoul on a Friday night. CHECK-IN/OUT: Probably the most efficient English speaking hotel front desk I have come across in Asia. Friendly, professional and well spoken. ROOM: Can't describe it as much more than clean and cozy. A bit smaller and older looking than the Ibis Bangkok where I stayed in 2010,...
