It is located within walking distance from the Coex Mall, Seven Luck Casino, Samseong subway station, airport limousine bus station and many good eateries. The room is rather small but bearable as it is very modern, clean, good shower facilities and comfortable bed. There is a gym and a McDonald outlet right beside the hotel that opens 24 hours. There is also Self service laundry available. A good 2 nights stay and considering the good location, it is value for money.

Terrible stay at Hotel Peyto. Small and old rooms with bathroom door not closing properly, few electrical outlets, toilet not working properly, AC right above the bed etc. Room service waits for you to exit the room, even though you have the 'dont disturb' sign on. Super small gym and laundry closet. For the price you can stay at one of the nicer hotels nearby. 2/5 because of good service.

Thankfully, I was here only for 2 nights. This had to be my worst hotel experience so far in Seoul. The room I occupied was on the lower floor and the walls were somehow really thin that you could hear furniture being dragged and shifted for some reason. I had some other people in the neighbouring units who I guessed were family or friends and they would chat till 1 on the nights I was there. You couldn’t hear the conversations, but it was always muffled, but you could still here it. The room was also dusty, I usually leave my shoes sat the doorway but it just felt like there was a fine layer of sand on the tiled floor. Not ideal, but it isn’t the Hilton or something. I guess what really bugged me the most was that the temperature of the room was hard to control. If I opened the window, I could hear traffic and the people from the road below and it sometimes got too cold. If I closed the window, the room woulda become really warm! It went up to 26 degrees at one point and I thought it was ridiculous!…

Good, no nonsense business hotel. Rooms were comfortable but a bit warm. Clean and all that you needed is provided, especially bathroom amenities. Jina was an amazing help for me to help me get bus tickets. Lauren was also a great help as well. Breakfast was not worth the 22,000 won. I would come back but I do prefer their Yangjae hotel more as it is a bit more convenient for going to different places around Korea.

My brother and his wife is staying at this hotel for 2weeks. They were very satisfied before, so they chose to stay for 2 weeks this time. Today my sister in law's phone died so we were unable to reach her. She didn't show up to the dinner appointment, her phone was off. We were very very worried. My brother called the hotel so see if she is there. A staff named Taesuk Shim proactively helped us when we told him the situation(after identity check of course). He tried his best to help us. He called the roon first but no one was answering. He didn't stop there,he even visited the room to see if she is at the room. She wasn't there but he notified us immediatley when he got a phone call from my sister in law. He conneted the phone call and we were able to talk, finding out that her phone died. Mr Shim is a true professional dedicating to solve customer's troubles proactively. I would like to thank him and Hotel Peyto Samseong for their excellent hospitality and great service. I and my wife had a very good time at Hotel Peyto Samsung which is in prime location of Gangnam, Seoul. As you may anticipate from the title of this review, the Hotel was surpridingly squicky clean and neat. Also, as we stayed at the 16th floor of the hotel, we could definitely enjoy the wonderful view of Gangnam, Seoul. We highly recommend this hotel to any one who may read my review.

I've stayed at Peyto Samseong multiple times in different rooms, and it's always been a good experience. Location: Fantastic. Literally across the street from the city airport terminal, and coex mall. So you can do a city check-in the morning that you fly, which is super convenient. The food and shopping in coex is great. There's a 24-hour minimart next to the lift lobby, very convenient. Room size: Tiny. But somehow the layout and design works so that you don't really feel it. The most basic room fits 1 person comfortably. The bathroom is always surprisingly spacious. Room condition: Very clean, basic, functional. No frills and nothing fancy, but all the essentials are there, laid out in a compact manner. Bathrooms are nice and bright. Service: Solid. They don't offer you anything you don't ask for, but are very prompt with requests (e.g. humidifiers for rooms, housekeeping). Other facilities: lobby, meeting facilities are adequate and average, nothing fancy. Pricing: Value for money, albeit not a luxury pick.…

I have visited coex for my friends wedding and stayed the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. It was also located near the shopping malls so that it was so convenient. The crews here were also very responsive and kind.
