I have just returned to Le Riad for one night in October and the sercvice at the hotel is just exceptional. I was previously not very pleased with the breakfast experience but this time around I was impressed with selection and quality of items. Back in time the location of this boutique hotel truly stands for LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in...

We stayed two nights (3 days apart) in two different suites at Le Riad. We chose this hotel in part because we wanted to be in the heart of old Cairo, and experience the authentic feel of the Egyptian culture. Le Riad is a perfect choice for this purpose. First, the rooms are luxurious, splendidly decorated with art and antiques...

We stayed at Le Riad Hotel de Charme from Aug 9th -Aug 13th 2014 and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location is perfect, just steps from the famous Khan el Kahlili bazaar, on the same street as some of the most historic mosque and Islamic buildings in Cairo and centrally located to most tourist attractions. The...

We decided to stay at Le Riad in Cairo during a short stay on our way to Aswan and Nile Cruise with Memphis Tours (Another amazing reference for travelling across Egypt). We wanted to avoid the anonymous business hotels on the Nile corniche or at the Pyramids... So we chose Le Riad, and this was the best choice ever... It...

Wow is all I can say right now. Tucked away in a quiet historic catacomb of alleyway in the old part of cairo, this hotel is the stuff of Arabian fairy tales. The rooms are all individually decorated with sumptuous antique-y type art furniture-even the lamp shades are made of a musical instrument. All themed rooms: the music room, the...
