The room was clean and tidy, just a bit dated. The hot water was not working. We did ask for it to be fix, but was unsucessful. You will need to arrange a taxi or Cuba if you would like to go to the shops.

This place was seriously disgusting. I had them change my room three times and none were better than the others. The carpet on the stairwells was ripped and stained everywhere. The rooms weren't updated at all and each bathroom felt like it hasn't been just cleaned. There was a room across the hall from mine with the door wide open...

Stayed here for just one night, and didn't think too much of it from the initial drive in. But once we started walking through the grounds, we realised that the resort was actually quite large and spacious. The accommodation is more like little bungalows, all with en-suites, air-con, and modern facilities. My only complaint on this resort is that the...

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip. Checked in early after a 10 hour overnight flight and were told our room would be ready early as part of the original booking. Check in went quickly with our personal tour guide who left as soon as they showed us to our room, took their tip, and quickly left before we...

Stayed here part of your package for 3 nights, seems to be a popular hotel for tour groups. The lobby area is nice, however it can smell like smoke sometimes. The rooms are dated but ours were clean and we had comfortable beds. Large bathroom with good shower pressure. We ordered room service, some dishes a bit pricey but we...

This Hotel was a part of our tour package and was not the greatest. It is old, VERY far from any life in Cairo and unhelpful reception. The hotel does NOT offer wifi (unless you pay a fortune) and is overpriced. I highly recommend a sim card before you arrive here, stopover at a store and buy water and drinks...

The worst ever . Loud noises coming from the roof bar pollute the whole neighborhood ,let along the residents of the hotel.absolute disaster. I don't recommend it to anyone . It's like staying in a night club, you can pay a visit but it's a huge mistake to stay there

I went on holiday to Egypt and stayed at this hotel in Cairo 3 nights. I loved the fact that the rooms are bungalow type and have a whole glass wall with direct access to the gardens. The room was very large with a king-size bed. The bathroom was worthy of a palace. Waking up in the morning with the...

It is a nice hotel with all the facilities. I was there traveling on business so I didn't have to much time to enjoy it there. But the breakfast was really nice and the room service as well, maybe a little bit expensive but it didn't bother me much. In all it is a great place to stay.
