Excellent Location with an amazing Nile View, we went there for a wedding, the food was superb and the service was amazing.

Floor 10 and up is my recommendation. For any hotel in Cairo get VERY high room, not so much for the view but if you have light sleep, you will not be able to sleep with the prayers are sun raise. Respectfully OK but I also want to sleep which is virtually impossible with rooms towards the city. Hi room and Nile view. If you are a prayer, however, no worries.
