They probably do, I made my plans long before getting to Egypt. There are many reputable tour companies in Cairo that you can contact before you get there and either arrange for one of their many packaged tours of various lengths or like me arranged for a custom private tour over two days to places not normally covered by the package deals. Some even arrange for tours not only in Cairo area but to Alexandria and Luxor, even in Jordan. There is hotel pickup and drop off, mine included nice lunches as well. I went with Memphis Tours and was happy with them there are other good ones as well.
