What a darling boutique hotel. From the minute I walked in I was treated like a treasured guest that they had been waiting for all day. Service is clearly a priority. The room was quiet and comfortable, with colorful bits of added charm here and there. I loved coming in after a long walk to candles lit and comfy sofas...

We were not sure what to expect while staying in Cairo, as it was our first time staying in the city. With the help of Ms. Bakri (Hebba) at the front desk we were able to arrange a car to pick us up at the airport. When we unexpectedly had to change our plans and come in a day earlier...

Range of price of this hotel was according the service in all the aspects. I would recommend it for business and leisure travel. Even though, the hotel doesn't offer dinner it is located nearby restaurants and the breakfast is full international buffet style, I would recommend to coordinate it when you leave before 7 am as it is open until...

Zamalek is the place to stay in Cairo, and the Longchamps has to be one of the loveliest hotels in the area. Situated on the 5th and 6th floors of a nondescript apartment building, the owner has transformed two standard apartment floors into extremely attractive and comfortable room accommodations. A couple of pleasantly arranged porches and common areas round out...

When you first arrive at the hotel, the facade seems deceiving. But once you get upstairs, you will be pleasantly surprised. Suddenly you are not in the dusty streets of Cairo but in a quaint little boutique hotel in Europe. We enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is a great starting point...

Hotel Longchamps is on the 5th floor of the building. Going up by antique elevator give me a bit chilled but once check-in the room is spectacular, bed is comfy, bathroom is clean, although shower is a bit small. It's a lovely stay. The view from balcony in communal area is nice.

Centrally located on a tree lined street in the relatively quiet district of Zemelak, Cairo it is close to the Egyptian museum and within walking distance to small authentic Egyptian restaurants and cafés. Reasonably priced and impeccably managed, it’s a good place to start your Egyptian adventure

The ambience is peaceful and relaxed, the staff helpful and courteous and there are plants at every turn. Outside the rooms bookshelves have been placed on the landings, filled with books for the guests, The room itself was quiet and comfortable (the hotel is on the 5th floor so you take a lift/elevator. but then I walked up the stairs...

This "boutiquish" hotel is well placed for diving into Kairo's cultural life during a weekend trip. The friendly staff and dedicated owner made us feel very welcome and gave good advice on how best to negotiate the city. Special honors to the breakfast!

The perfect base from which to explore the real Cairo, this charming hotel is a wonderful alternative to the impersonal chain hotels that seem to dominate thanks to its personal feel and echoes of Egypt's rich past. Its Zamalek location makes it perfectly situated for those who like to explore the city on foot and despite the buzzing street life...
