This hotel is one of the best hotels in Cairo. The facilities are excellent. The food is superb. But the service is below the standard of a five star hotel. I really liked it and I hope the service there will improve in futureMore

You can definitely walk and should. There is a skyway on the second floor that connects the airport and hotel. Just go up the escalator after claiming baggage and then head across the skyway to the hotel.
