The Ritz-Carlton by the Nile? Well, yeah. It is the Ritz-Carlton by the Nile. I would rarely comment on this first, but the food at this place would make Queen Nefertiti proud. Savory indulgence of the palate at its best. You can spend an entire day in the main restaurant

We travel all over the world and this has to be our best hotel stay ever. Everything is standard Ritz first class...hotel, rooms, concierge, shops, pool, services, etc. What really made this stay incredible was the service in the Club Lounge. Rami, Nader, Mohamed, etc. all went

We had our dinner at Culina at the Nile Ritz-Carlton early tonight. We had a dinner that was truly delicious. The service that our waiter Mr. Sayed Mekky gave us was excellent. When in Cairo and want to have delicious food accompanied with an excellent service, head your way to

We had a fantastic two-night stay in Cairo. Ambassador status was immediately recognised with an upgrade to a Ritz-Carlton suite - "our signature suite" as the man on the desk put it. The room was spacious and well appointed, with the balcony wrapping round the building giving a

That was probably my review. I was just there in June and there is nothing after breakfast. I was told by the staff that because of the lack of demand they do not put out any buffet. However, they do allow you to order room service menu food directly to the club lounge complementary. That sounds like a pretty good deal but I don't know how long it would take to arrive. I was really disappointed to see just how empty the place was and I'm sure it's due to the economy but also could've been because I was there during Ramadan. Good luck and report back if things are different then I say but it looks like a relatively permanent change. As each time I visited the lounge we were the only ones in the lounge at about 6 PM! Very surprising at 6 PM to be the only ones looking out over the Nile and the pyramids at sunset! Sorry for my delay in responding to your question.

Do all rooms have balconies?
No not all rooms only the suites and the junior suites......the old hotel before renovation when it was known as the Nile Hilton actually had a balcony in every single room whether you were looking westward or eastward. At that time air conditioning wasn't the make or break deal it is now. Every room however has a glass panel that overlooks the view
